The Colts and Pats safeties get beat just as much, if not more, than Roy .....

Dallas, I think, has a better secondary than the Colts and just as good of one as the Pats .....

Been following this thread with some curiosity and just wondered if you really think Roy Willams is a better overall safety than Bob Sanders?

Not trying to troll, just wondering how you feel Roy Williams is a better SS then Sanders?

I am trying to stay out of this thread now as I have added my two cents and have nothing more to really offer.However.I do have to ask about your continuing references to poster's "agendas"Why on earth would you think that a fan of the Dallas Cowboys would make it their "agenda" to talk negatively about a player?What could the "agenda" be?Does the management of the Cowboys monitor this forum and make decisions based on how the majority of members feel?No offense but it takes away from your credibility when you keep resorting to attacking the poster rather then discussing the post.

I diddnt believe Plax then, but I am starting to come around to believing what he said. He is a big man that dives at peoples feet.

The fans have been on him for his coverage since at least 04, its not like this is some new fangled thing to criticize him.

If he cant cover, and he cant properly tackle, then what is it that he is doing for the team right now that someone else (cheaper) couldnt do?

He makes far too much money for the excuses that get tossed around for him.

If he was as terrible as the fans make him out to be there would be personnel changes.

In all reality we as fans do not know who has been blowing coverage, the staff and the team knows, period.

I don't care what Tom Jackson or whoever "broke" down RW's play against the Pats... if people haven't noticed ESPN loves to hate us.

Hamlin was actually the guy who stuck out most in Sunday's game... he looked very lost and confused on several big plays.


Bottom line though is this - we played the Pats. Brady has 21 TDs and 2 INTs. He is playing lights out. He will make EVERY secondary he faces look foolish.

3. they dismiss all other bits of news that can show otherwise.

it's *not* having an open mind about things because you have some "need" to see a player in a particular light.

I have this sick need to see Roy Williams repeatedly beaten in coverage, costing my favorite team wins.

I'm twisted that way.

Wrong. Neither of them has said that, and Belichick had Brady throw in Roy's direction only a few times in the entire game. And never mind that on both of the touchdowns when you're blaming Roy, he had someone covered on the play. You're just assuming that Roy was covering the wrong guy, which you don't know.
