I agree. Someone mentioned Jerry doesn't like to overpay for a CB. That is exactly what we did with Henry because we missed on so many Corners. I think we have to spend a 1st or 2nd on a corner. It is a very similar situation with what we did with the OLine last draft.

T.J. Duckett will also be available. Not saying he is the answer to all depth problems, but another RB to add to the fray without having to waste another draft pick on one.

Some people here think focusing on replacing Julius is all that our run game needs. Are you people THAT stupid? We need the O line to get better run blocking, and we need better downfield blocking as well, from everyone. AND we need Redball to get his head out of his butt and realize that you need better balance play calling then he has been doing. If that does not happen our run game is not going to improve much no matter who is carrying the ball.

I think we do not do much with the O line this year. Except maybe look around for an experienced center. I think Proctor has proven that he is an emergency backup only.

one thing we need is to not drop TD passes.

Crayton, TO, and Austin have each dropped passes in the end zone. Austin dropped another that had a very strong possibility of a TD. Then there is Witten who fumbled just shy of the end zone while trying to score.

5 TDs right there that we lost.

But I do agree with Latin, we need some quality depth, especially at CB and WR. Newman, Henry, and TO have gotten hurt and we really have no viable option for them.....and with Glenn out all year, our offense showed how inept it can be on Sunday.

If completely healthy, I think we can dominate the postseason this year.....with TO, Glenn, Witten, Crayton, Barber, JJ, and Fasano. I think Gurode will be back to help maintain the middle of our line, along with Ratliff on the other side. Hopefully Newman and Henry will be completely healthy for our run. But after this year, we definitely need to look at our depth.

I'm not ready to give up on JuJo.

He does make for a good paper weight that never moves, but I'm not sure wade is allowed to trade office supplies...

I'd just like to know where these 2 late #1 picks will play on this roster, just curious.

Maybe in a couple of years when other free agents and coaches have been traded/free agent casulties, and by then, who knows if we are Super Bowl caliber or not.

That's the same backwards thinking we had in the mid 90's that caused us to reach for needs and projects.

The smart thing to do is just take the BPA and they'll find a place for them.

Plus, we aren't devoid of holes. We could use a RB to replace Julius, another WR, a CB, safety and depth on the lines.
