What's the one thing you know for sure will change when Stephen takes over for Jerry?

I don't know what will change... I do know people will still complain about Jerry tho...
True..What are the chances Stephen hires a real GM?

folks around these parts would not know how to act....If he has obtained Jerry's business savvy and hires a 'Football mind" ....never mind..complain they will...lol

Used to think Stephen would hire a 'real' GM. Not so sure now. He has an acting GM on board who seems to be doing a pretty good job.

It almost seems like Stephen is gaining more control of the reigns every season anyway I mean maybe he has a better feel of the game now than his old man? Hopefully he can get this team back in contention.

I think Stephan is less emotional . In recent years we've been drafting pretty well , I think Stephen in his dad's ear has helped . The Claiborne pick was all Rob Ryan that's why he was fired . Besides that it's been pretty good .

Right, a new defensive coordinator is running the war room. Not buying it.

I don't expect much to change.

I don't expect much change, Stephen is pretty much in charge right now. He handles all the player contracts, he handles the cap, he handles trades, not sure what he really is not doing.

I think Jerry is more of a front man these days and most of the heavy lifting is done by Stephen if you get what I am saying.

I think JJ's media face time will go down drastically, and that can't be anything but good....the owner shouldn't be in the media so much and neither should the GM....

What changes? It's already started taking place. The improvement this season is a direct correlation to Jerry loosening the reigns of control over to Stephen. Better decisions are being made at the drafting war room.

Won't it suck for Jerry if we win a Super Bowl soon and he still doesn't get credit because everyone point to Stephen as the mastermind?

He'll probably give more coherent interviews.

Other than that who knows? He's still a Jones & he learned at the knee of his old man.
