I agree with you 100%. Its hard to say it here though as the pom-pom shakers usually just respond with "why dont you go root for another team?". I am with you all the way with having to hit rock bottom. And 6-10 or 7-9 is not rock bottom. In Jerry's warped mind, thats about 5 plays away from being 12-4.

Yea, I will never root for a loss, ever. But when it is a certainty, better to get whooped than barely win if that is what is needed for change. These close losses only sustain JJ, he needs shock value losses to open his eyes.

I despise Garrett, never liked him even holding the clipboard. When he was hired as HC, I sucked it up and supported him for as long as I could. He has done nothing in his career to be deemed the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. Yes, I am still bitter and don't like myself for it but he should have never been granted this position :(

Uh halftime, when they give up 3 touchdowns in about 5 minutes I knew where the game was headed......

That Dallas possession just before the half where they couldnt get a 1st down and had to punt....that was the killer.

Watched until the end but then I need to. Got disgusted early on though. Jumped up out of my chair multiple times and stormed off in disgust actually. I do remember yelling TD early on.

I "liked" your reply. Not that I like your suffering but that description is priceless. U snooping me? ;)

Not hard to be psychic with a game like that. :) Throw some cuss words around, yell at the TV (coaches and players and FO and refs), think about throwing something, tearing around the house muttering to yourself.....typical stuff for a crazed fanatic. :)

All true. The man is a disaster as head coach. Outmatched just about every week. And he has no answers (in all 3 phases).

0:00 in the 4th quarter. Will always watch the games till the end unless I absolutely need to do something else. I have no clue why I subject myself to such torture.

It was third and one early in the game. They call a freakin time out.

Then.....wait for it....like the sun rising......FLAG!!!! Offsides and facing third and six with a wasted time out. Watched Open Range for the fifth time. Never looked back.

FTR - I don't reschedule picking up dog crap in my backyard to catch the game anymore. It really piles up.

Halftime. I had to work early and I could see what was coming.

I watch every dang minute of every game. Even when I want the game to be over. And I never want a loss, even when we're out of playoff contention and winning hurts our draft status. Some games are a lot harder to watch than others, though. That last Saints touchdown before halftime made it pretty clear what we were in for.

Just before half time...the game stayed on the tv and I could continue to hear the game, I just found other things to do...like come here and laugh. I thought about peeking at the tv after I heard we recovered an onside, but I thought better of it. Im like a lot of others, Im way passed mad, passed numb...

I watched the whole thing partly because I consider it part if my pride as a fan to watch every second if every game but also as some others have mentioned it was the "failure porn." I just had to see how bad the train wreck would be.

1st time ever since I been a cowboys fan that I fell asleep during a game. It was so embarrassing.

I only fall asleep during other games. I never even lay down watching the cowboys until last week. Disgusting performance

Why would you stop watching? That was the best comedy I have seen in years.

It is sad, but I did the same thing. When the Saints hit that last touchdown before halftime I switched from drama to comedy mode and enjoyed the demolition!

Watched every brutal second of it.

Seems like I needed a football enema this weekend and the WVU loss to Texas in OT and the Blowout the saints gave the Cowboys flushed everything right out of me in a fit of anger and agitation.

I have been fairly apathetic the last couple of years. Rarely yelling when we score or make a bone headed play.

That game however really made me mad. There is just no excuse for that overall pathetic showing and it boiled over at the end when the HC gave up and quit by running the ball and if that were not bad enough he left the starters in while doing that and risking an injury. I mean it is one thing if you are still fighting to win even if the odds are against it but to give up like that and leave the starters in....I felt like Samuel Jackson having a tirade on the plane. I am so tired of these blankety Blanking turds on this blankety blanking field.

35-10. Couldn't take any more.

An 8-8 record is the worst thing that can happen to this team. Jerry will believe it was all about injuries and give him an excuse to give Garrett another year. We have enough talent to bail out poor coaching against poor teams. Without better coaching (like Marinelli has provided along the DL) this team is going nowhere.

Enjoy the wins, tolerate the losses... turn off the blowouts. That's my approach to watching the Cowboys at the moment.
