While watching this win on the road..

It struck me we just don't play like this at home.

Why?

Has anybody got a serious incite to this?

I think inspite all our issues as a team..

the biggest is our inabilty to win at home.

Until we break that stigma..I don't think we have a chance to succeed.

I don't think the team completely addresses this issue well enough and its killing us..

What say you guys?

There are no such things as curses.

We are not Browns or Cubs fans.

Well I think it's easier to focus when you're on the road. You're on a trip together. Staying together. Everything's about football. When you're at home you have the distraction of your private life.

Of course we also don't have any home field advantage whatsoever. That would help.

I think the problem is we've just been a bad team for a while. The fact that we lose at home is a coincidence, because we also lose a lot on the road :(

I think on the road it's a togetherness an us against the world type of stuff. When they start closing out these close games they will win more at home.

True..

except for 2014 when we were undefeated away and managed a handful of home wins to go with.

And certainly in the 3 8-8 seassons we lost regularly at home.

So it is a big factor for us at home that must be solved if we are going to contend for anything..

If DAK can change that..

Funny thing is, we actually went 6-2 at home in the first yr of Cowboys stadium 2009.....since then? 2-6 in 2010, 5-3 in 2011, 4-4 in 2012, 5-3 in 2013, 4-4 in 2014, and 1-7 in 2015....so far 0-1 in 2016..........I hate that we dont have a true home field advantage, but its not as bad as some of yall make it seem.......Time is a crazy thing, we'll probably wind up 10 yrs from now comparin Cowboys Stadium to the Seahawks or Chiefs home field advantages.......I remember growin up in the 90's and nobody could ever beat Nebraska @ Nebraska in college.....now its just sadly kinda commonplace.......

Having a stadium that provides a lukewarm sense of excitement would help. Maybe fly in 40,000 Cowboys fans from around the country instead of the lame "hometown" fans. Oh, and score more TDS.

Not to beat a horse that has been dead for a few years, but when a team loses home games with regularity, that fact is on coaches. The coaches fail to get the guys to focus while in their own place.

Fly in? Put your money where your mouth is. the seats are all available on the secondary market. Maybe cowboys fans should buy them for a change? When people stop paying 3x the value on the secondary market I imagine fans will stop selling them. the stadium has plenty of excitement, that is why its sold out and other fans flock to come here.

Calling the hometown fans lame is off the mark.

Giants game was winnable. We just couldn't convert on our side of the field. Settling for Field goals made us lose the game, among others.
This week, we converted a couple more trips in the redzone and we won.

I don't think it's a matter of home or away, just a matter of execution. Just so happened to get a better effort this week than week 1.

The stadium was plenty loud week one. I was there. The fans aren't playing the game. Players are. Let's stop with blaming the crowd.
