But my question is: Who, if anyone, does Miles Austin remind you of?

Glenn wasn't your everyday receiver. He had a uniqueness about him and I see some of that in Austins game.
Austin has a different style than you everyday bigtime receiver.

I think he's the exact opposite of a waterbug like Welker.dmq;3187793 said:People will laugh at me, but I saw some Wes Welker in him the way we used him against Washington.

Those types of receivers are small and extremely quick, and use that quickness to cut across the middle from the slot. Austin isn't quick and doesn't cut very well. He's not suited for the slot.
I've been thinking that too. He's much bigger than but the way he plays reminds me of Glenn.JLAZeroSeven;3187279 said:Terry Glenn?
We have a winner.Ky31;3187574 said:Andre Reed. Tough, precise routes, & good after the catch!!!

Austin gets separation because he gets up to full speed very quickly. The actual cutting is pretty bad. He can't stop and change direction that well. It doesn't matter, though, because like I said, as soon as he makes his break he's moving VERY fast.Fletch;3187820 said:You are so wrong. Austin cuts as well as any receiver in this league. If not, he wouldn't be where he is now. How many times did Austin have to cut up the field after making a stop-and-go catch, or simply breaking a tackle? Austin isn't where he is if not for being a complete WR.
