If honestly think that if you took all four quarterbacks and put them on each other's teams you would easily see that Romo would do the most with the least.
Being that Foles and RG3 have such little NFL experience, I would have a hard time evening putting them in the discussion at this point. Both could be more talented than either Romo or Eli, that to me is debatable, but my personal opinions about quarterbacks aren't just based upon physical talent that is only been displayed at the NFL level for less than two years. Especially considering the major injuries that RG3 has had which all ultimately came before he even finished his first season as a NFL quarterback.
I can't think of any logical way you could say one quarterback is better than another because he played on a Super Bowl winning team. I can Surely see it being a huge positive for one quarterback to have over another but in no way would I allow that to be a major factor when comparing two quarterbacks unless they are very very close when it comes to the total package.
I do feel that all four are very close when it comes to discussing the total package in talent but again two of those packages have a long way to go when it comes to showing that they know how to grow beyond what talents they already have.
Every quarterback has their flaws and their weaknesses and for me it comes down to do the positives far outweigh their weaknesses.
In this case to me Tony's do. Eli's do as well to an extent, but when it comes down to it I view Eli as A quarterback who can make a very good team better but he cannot make an average team good. He's shown me that in those situations he typically makes those teams worse because when pressured he doesn't just collapse, he collapses, crumbles and makes you wonder if he's ever even played in the NFL before. He becomes a turn over machine which can single-handedly ruined a NFL season.
Romo has shown that he does turn the ball over at bad points in games, and that only gets magnified when it happens in an important ball game but he is also shown me that his level of play usually keeps his team in the game no matter & playoff hunt no matter what. Does he do it all by himself? No but he is one of the major reasons why this team, especially the last two years that has been decimated by injuries, has even had a shot at being in the playoffs & the NFC East title.
