All you knuckleheads claiming you can't watch football on your phone (as of that's the only alternative) don't seem to have a problem watching your porn on it, looool.

Maybe so, but I doubt those providers are paying 70 bazillion dollars for the rights to broadcast.

They'd be paying a similar amount per viewer to the US networks. Its not just football - there are less ads in major soccer games where bazillions would have been paid for the rights.

You like paying more?
Splain.
For the same price as Netflix?

Xfinity (Comcast) also has online streaming, which allows you to DVR anything. It's a good value.

Now next year when they want $50 bucks a month out of me, I'm not interested.

But it goes out from the slightest wind or rain storm. That's the only time I'm watching TV. My parents had it back when I lived at their house. We hated it. To each their own though
It never goes out due to wind. If it does you have a bad installation. Rain, yes but it takes a heavy rain storm for that to happen. I live in south Texas so when it rains here, it’s over in a few minutes.

I guess it was a bad install. Right from the start it was a terrible experience. They moved the dish all over the roof. Made a crap ton of holes. And in snow and rain it cut in and out. I guess if you live an area with minimal elements it's worth it

So you're going to watch regularly programming on the cell network? Good luck. At some point they'll throttle your speeds to such an extent you won't be able to do anything. Unlimited plans become unlimited dial-up real quick.
I have no intention of dropping cable.

Arent they smart enough to lock you in to pay more later after the first year?
You yanks and your utilities drive me crazy.
Blokes, just socialize it and let the govt. handle the airwaves, which, at last check, belonged to the people.

Check your signal strength on a clear day, if you're seeing anything but mid 90s call for a service call

He still thinks using irregardless is some high society word

I think it’s a word because it is.

Now Irregardless is supposed to be some high society word, lol? Why would you even think that?

I’m sorry some coworker humiliated you or did whatever she did to give you a complex. That’s not my burden.

I was a little disappointed yesterday. I am in Canada, I have all these sports channels and none showed the Michigan v PSU game ... one channel was showing darts. I had to stream. On a positive note, the same cable company provides my internet, and for the most part I had a quality HD stream...
