You think they like him over Bosa. Rumors already starting to fly that chargers will take Ramsey.

From what I hear from people I trust, Buckner gives them more options whereas Bosa is DE or bust. Buckner is kind of like Cam Jordan who we were extremely high on a few years ago.

I still think the Chargers trade out of #3 as someone will take the bait on Tunsil. If Tunsil was somehow there at #4 and the Titans came knocking, I'd take that trade-down in a heartbeat.

Somebody post something resembling a coherent thought on why not. And without the stock response of "he plays too high".

Ready go....

He has the strength of a small baby...............he routinely gets pushed around and blocked out of plays.

His game tape is awful, just laying on the ground half the time.

Would be an EPIC FAIL to take him a pick 4.

Hyperbole

He is not laying on the ground half of the time. He made 80 something tackles 17 TFL, 10.5 sacks. I guess all those plays just fell on him then?!

I do agree he doesn't play strong though. You expect a big guy like him to have a fierce bull rush, but he doesn't.

Conklin beat him occasionally for sure. However, I think that says more about how Conklin is underrated than Buckner is overrated.

I like him(high effort Chris Canty) just not sure what we are getting, someone who will confuse the heck out of the Oline for sure but from the inside or the outside, I think the inside is more his game. If the light turns on and it probably will, Buckner will be at the top of the list in a redraft. With me it is more that he is still a project and the final product is difficult to envision. Not one thing sticks out, but he does not seem balanced yet, I know that is vague, he might be the best player in the draft but not today. He has the talent and size to be dominant but that is not the player on the field. That being said he would be good to have on our Dline and I do not see a flop with him as our pick. His effort alone warrants consideration. I see a higher ceiling than Bosa and the guy on our roster David Irving.

I believe if it comes down to Bosa and Buckner, they go with the latter. The wildcard(s) will be (a.)Elliot, (b.)if Ramsey is available at 4 and (c.)trading out of the 4th pick with a team wanting Tunsil.
