You are all wrong. Tyson Thompson.

Alexander said:And this means nothing in the general scheme of things since Owens won't be playing cornerback against Newman at wide receiver.
AsthmaField said:There are good football players and bad football players. Some of the good ones have speed and some of the bad ones have speed.
I'll take a good football player over a bad football player any day.
I'll take a good football player, without speed over a bad football player with speed, any day.
However, I'll take a good football player with speed over a good football player without speed, any day.
Speed certainly isn't everything... but it can make a huge difference. Speed can make a good football player great.
Speed is the only reason JJ is starting over Barber at RB. I think Barber is a better RB... but Dallas wants that break-away ability that Jones has. Everyone says Barber is good but Jones has a chance to be special. However, Barber has better vision, I think... and more power, is tougher, can catch better... but Jones has speed. And so, he's the one we want to win the job.
Speed isn't everything... but it matters.

What did Williams' distinction get him?
A job on special teams.
I don't care how many teammates you beat in a sprint.
Good players make plays. They run the correct routes. They make the right decisions. Anyone with a pair of cleats can run fast. The key is finding those that can do both. And most of the time, those that own the speed records are deficient in many other parts of their game.
I guess this distinction means something in terms of locker room bragging rights, but in the general scheme of things, it is relatively useless.

Well Williams did return that onside kick a TD once.Alexander said:They could be Alexander Wright or Randal Williams for all I know. And neither of those two players did a single solitary thing in terms of helping this franchise win football games.
Alexander said:Again, speed is useless without some of the rest of the package.
So if someone is the "fastest Cowboy" that doesn't tell me a single thing that's relevant other than the fact they can run quite fast.
They could be Alexander Wright or Randal Williams for all I know. And neither of those two players did a single solitary thing in terms of helping this franchise win football games.

His Spidey strength, his Spidey sense, his agility, and his webbing would give him a huge advantage over Batman, who is basically just an inflated James Bond.. now, neither Spider-Man nor Batman are gonna help the Dallas Cowboys win football games this year.. but it's just kinda fun to talk about..

Wolverine is tough to beat.. you really can't kill him.. but I think he would have a really hard time with Spidey.. Spider-Man is so quick and agile and his strength and webbing would give Wolverine fits.. BUT.. like I said, Wolverine really can't be killed.. it would be a good fight..superpunk said:Wolverine Pwns everyone. Except Magneto. He's made of adamantium - what do you want?
see, but you had some fun with me, so you are getting the hang of it!Alexander said:I am not intrigued by comic book super heroes, so that might be part of my problem.
