Why did it take Moore leaving for Dak to get "control" of the offense?

You rang?

People's minds have been poisoned by Disney to believe that "if you just believe, all your dreams will come true." Therefore, year after year they go into orbit with what they want to come true and then get mad when brought back to Earth by reality. People treat relationships this way too, by the way. Lol.
Is that how you operate lol? If you just believe then all your dreams will come true?

I've been reading reports on camp and the receivers seem to be impressing from Tuprin, Tolbert, Moreno-Cropper....I've heard conflicting stuff on Simi heard he's looked better as well.

Then there's talk of Dak taking control of the offense.

Why did it take Kellen Moore to leave for some of these things to happen?
Will it matter ultimately? That is the question.

In one word Jerry . You bring in a chef and you let him pick the groceries but no , ( Big Mac got KM for free , LOL ) similar to previous era when JG was here before Philips came in .

Again this is TC , let them show this offensive improvement in the games before we ask the same question.

Because Kellen Moore's philosophy , the Boise State philosophy, is the absence of a traditional football philosophy. The plays he called at times were not bad it was just that at times he seemed clueless about in game situations. It wasn't that he was actually clueless it's that the absence of the football philosophy throws a random play in the mix when sound football philosophy would dictate otherwise. You would think all of these football gurus with their eye tests and their deep knowledge would know that it's been written here and in other publications multiple times. Being obtuse has been the flavor around here for a while.
I think we are thinking much the same thing. I said many times....KM desperately wanted his own NCAA Mountain West offense. Obscene passing yards...exciting fast scores. That doesn't work in NFL especially NFC East.

When he would run three delayed handoffs up the clogged middle to show us the run game isn;t work and pass 55 times the rest of the game...is proof.

He had the ability to audible but from what it looks like now he has the ability to call his own plays or if he sees an edge against the defense he can call his own play. Just listening to The Fan over the last few days its seems he didn't have nearly the freedom I think we thought he had.
What made you "think"..."we" thought he had a lot of freedom? Do you have some sort of proof "we" saw his freedoms displayed?

Sorry man...just an odd statement. No big deal.

He's been fooling you for 30 years. You're right here with us genius lol.
So when it suits you, you claim he hates the Cowboys, but when it suits you differently, you claim he is a foolish fan just like you.

Can't have it both ways unless you are a shameless hypocrite.

What do you mean? He's an Eagles fan but he spends 100% of his time talking Cowboys.

I understand how the football business works. I understand that the anti-Cowboy crowd play a big part in their success. If you need me to educate you I will happily do it. It's not nearly as black and white as "Good v Bad" like you seem to think.

Maybe we should wait until the bullets start flying.
Just a thought.

I'm speaking strictly on training camp. Guys like Turpin and Tolbert seem to have struggled last year. There may be reasons for that but they look like night and day from last year.

How are you guys still getting fooled by training camp talk?

This stuff needs to be studied by psychologists.
It may in fact be training camp talk, but don't overlook the fact that Dak wasn't really a good fit for the kind of QB Kellen Moore needs to run his style of offense. Justin Herbert is going to be a better fit. And likewise, Mike McCarthy will be a better fit for Dak.
