I agree 100%. He goes down fighting a lot of the time, when he should just concede the tackle and live to fight another day.
He's so strong he opposes every bit of force and it ends up contorting his body in weird ways. Zeke is tough and brings the wood and all that but he's so smart about minimizing contact when there's simply no more yards to be gained

Dez could return punts, but the guy is constructed of notebook paper, plus dumb as a box of rocks. He'd never just go down or go out of bounds when trouble arises.

Yep, the illegal hit. But the guy only got a 15 yard penalty. Why not take the 15 yards to take Dez out of the game. That is why it's risky. I'm not saying he IS GOING to get hurt. Just that it is more likely that a normal play.
That's a great trade off. I'd take 15yds to take Antonio Bryant out as well.

I think putting Dez back to return punts is a bit too risky. He could easily be distracted over his pet monkey, get served with legal process over jewelry while the ball is in the air, or even get into a a legal spat with a public official over a rental contract. That is just too much to ask of a guy you are only paying $70 million US Dollars to. There have to be boundaries, people.

It could also take valuable time away from his mediocre route running, dropping balls that cost us games, fumbling the ball, or sulking on the sidelines. Besides, who is going to be in Dak's ear trying to get Dak to throw it "up for grabs" in Dez' general area with him double covered with zero separation, if not Dez?

No sir! Dez is far too valuable to distract him from the above, AND MORE!!

This is the 2nd time I've seen a CZ poster reference this with absolutely no source. Surely if this happened we could easily pull up a video, you sure you not mistaking this for the infamous Julio/Roddy White clip?

No bad blood at all between those 2

It is possible. It was a while back and I thought I saw it in passing.
It was one of the two you mentioned?

On second thought, throw Dez out there. What do we have to lose other than the game? What is the worst that he can do? Fumble the ball? Damn the torpedoes, full speed adead!

So is he a franchise WR or a fumbler?

Jiminey crustacean, bloke!

Franchise WR
Fumbler as a returner.

Two distinctions.
Would pictures, bloke, be clearer? Franchise -- as in mon-ay invested by Sir Jerry.
And I like him at WR.
But not as a returner-fumbler. (Pictures are on the way.)o_O

Thank you.
Ummm, that video was a discussion of best duos in the league. And, in all honesty, he was right. Austin/Bryant was not better than White/Jones. However, please note that Roddy had jack ish to say on the Top 100 Players show later on that summer when he talked to Dez face to face.
