Video: Will Dak win a Super Bowl? Michael Irvin: "Absolutely"

What Irvin thinks makes no difference he’s probably a bigger homer than anyone on this board. He constantly cheerleads the team and picks them to win every game. No way is he going to say Dak can’t or isn’t going to win a Super Bowl. I’m sure he thought Romo would absolutely win one.

Dak Prescott is plenty capable of winning a SB if used correctly.

We do not do that.

We try to build this big passing game with him as the centerpiece.

If we went back to a road grading OL and running game that played keep away with a pretty good defense, I'd be comfortable having Prescott at QB and thinking we could win.
 
Dak may end up winning a Super Bowl for another team. Just like with some of the other players we’ve had he’ll eventually move on and at least reach a SB. DWare and Hitchens have won Super Bowls since they left. Chido will be playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday. DWare and Hitchens have won a Super Bowl. Chido will be playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday. Cole Beasley got closer to a Super Bowl in Buffalo than he ever got with the Cowboys. If you want to have a chance at winning a championship get out of Dallas.
 
No, Dak will not be one to lead a team and win a SB... especially Dallas. Like they say, "He is what he is". He would have to be carried over the finish line by a top ranked defense. Many feel Dallas is mentally soft....and it starts at QB.

Moral to most Cowboys players story right here...There is "Jerry's way" then there is the way real teams function and win.

Again the last 2 years what he is is a top 8 to 5 QB....if your going to say he just gets lucky then there is no since in even debating why you think this. You dont think he can win here thats one thing, to say "He hasnt shown to be a good QB" well that goes directly against factual things. Very few think Dak is the reason they are mentaly soft lol..come on man everyone in football and around it place the blame on who needs it..the same clown who has brought us the last 26 years...right "Dak was ruining the Cowboys in 2007" come on now....

If a player is looking to be overpaid the Cowboys are the team. However, if they’re looking to be part of a cohesive unit that’s on a mission to win a championship don’t come to Dallas.
 
Nobody can predict the future, including past Cowboys!
 
He has a good chance as anybody . Probably a better shot not being a cowboy

We paid the man a ton of cap to carry not be carried!!!
 
he may win a superbowl i dont think he will and if he does itwont be as qb of the dallas cowboys

He’s definitely better than Rodgers and Mahomes Mahomes the Choke artist. Blows and 18 point leading. You don’t see Prescott ever blowing a lead.
 
Michael Irvin is the Man! Wish I could have hung out with him back in the 90's party days, great times.
 
He also told Cowboys fans to go ahead and buy their tickets to the Super Bowl because Dallas would be playing in it this year.
