Once you choose a team, you should stick with 'em. Pretty much the posters on this board have already stuck with this team, no fair weather, band wagon fans here. I mean after all these years of mediocrity, would someone now decide to switch?Just curious to hear if anyone has decided to officially change teams and why
I’m 48 so it’s to late for me, ive suffered for decades but if I was young I would cut my losses now
I’m with you.Done. 50 years of faithfully eating **** from haters and bearing infuriating L’s like today is OVER. This franchise can kiss my ***.
That must have been pretty cool to see a dynasty in your 20s.He's a scary thought... When I was 36 Dallas was already 6 years removed from their win in super bowl 30. I'm now 58 and would have never thought that 22 more years would pass and I would still be waiting for this franchise to pull their heads out of their butts.
Makes sense. The memories of times past. If I were younger, I would no longer be a fan.
I agree with your assessment.Makes sense.
I think there’s a George Carlin joke about fandom— “you’re rooting for laundry!” or something like that. It’s funny but not quite accurate. Teams are more than just colors and logos.
But it does make me think… what is this team nowadays?
For me, a younger fan, it’s just a Jerry Circus with new pieces every so often. And as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized I despise the man and everything he stands for.
Not trying to be a jerk, but I’ve always thought it might be harder to watch a once proud franchise become a glitzy laughingstock under Jones.
But I guess the memories kind of keep that tether to the old glory? I’m genuinely curious.
Could never root for another team, its just silly to suddenly change teams. However, you do have to question how much time you put into this outlet of entertainment. I'm debating if I should just follow casually and if I miss games so be it.Just curious to hear if anyone has decided to officially change teams and why

Devoting 50+ hours to games alone plus the time talking about it and reading about it is a lot during the regular season that doesn't mean anything for this team.
The 94 NFCCG was worse cause we missed out on 3 straight. Still hurts to this dayThis is the worst loss in franchise history. In 2007 the Gents at least won the SB.
No need to change for us old heads. I have become numb to this losing, just look at the playoff record since Switzer.Just curious to hear if anyone has decided to officially change teams and why

I’m the same age and you summed it up perfectly.I am 52. Been a fan for 44/45 years. The losses definitely don’t bother me as much anymore. I am pretty numb to it but this one is getting to me in other ways. I wonder what’s the point? I turned the game off in the second quarter and took my dog for a nice walk. Much happier. I despise Jerry Jones. Outside of hiring Harbaugh I will have very little interest next year. The whole thing needs to be blown up. Trade Parsons. Let Dak walk. Every roster spot is up for grabs.
