65 years old…Cowboys fan since 1967. If Dak’s back, I’m gone! Thank goodness I don’t have any memorabilia from the post Jimmy Johnson Cowboys. If I did, I’d burn it live on a social media site. Will never pull for another team.

Just curious to hear if anyone has decided to officially change teams and why

I’m 48 so it’s to late for me, ive suffered for decades but if I was young I would cut my losses now
They've almost made me feel indifferent, which i think is just as worse.

No...the vast majority will not change teams.

However if they feel the need to change teams or just quit watching NFL altogether ....so be it and Bye

Get out of here with this garbage. This is worse than the game today. Only a casual fan would even ask the question. Just let us be miserable without asking if we're coming back for more, because OF COURSE WE ARE. Even the ones who say they aren't. We stink and we have to take it without lube.

Besides my family, my name, my body, and my home state, my Cowboys fandom has been a part of my life probably the longest. It's not going anywhere.

I've seen this franchise through some seriously way worse times.

At the end of the day, I have no reason to be embarrassed. I don't own, scout, draft, assemble, coach, or play for this team. I just watch.
Do you remember the early to mid-80's as a Cowboys Fan? Good Grief...

I’m the same age as you bro. Dolphins have always been my #2 (going back to Marino days) but they’re even worse. I’m to point where I don’t see the point watching the regular season anymore. We could get the #1 seed and continue to blow it as usual. It just never matters.
Dolphins were my #1 until 1974 when Kiick, Csonka, and Warfield all bolted for the USFL....I was heartbroken 11 year old and dropped the fish like a bad habit....became a diehard Cowboys fan....the last 28 years have been PURE torture....I can think of ZERO highlights....that's just the bottom line.

The only reason i keep watching this so called football team is because of this board which i find awesome. People here most of the time are awesome and i learn a lot from you guys.

I will keep watching football just will ignore Dallas at all cost. I dont care anymore.

Yes, my fandom is not based on this owner, GM, coaching staff, or players. My fandom rests with Tex Schramm, Tom Landry, and the earlier culture.

As a 31 year old, I probably could, but I won't. My suit has got me to where I wouldn't even if I wanted to, and this is my team. I won't quit on my team.

I am finally tapping out. Gonna spend the night venting and then I'm gone.
Same

I know I’ll never stop caring, but I am just done investing.

I’m 36 and have only seen embarrassment after embarrassment.

It’s supposed to be fun, but it’s not for me, so I’m not wasting my time anymore.

Wasn't alive.

But I do remember the 5-11 Campo seasons, the repeated Garrett 8-8 debacles, and the lost seasons when we inevitably lost Romo to some injury.
After we fell off the cliff after 83'-84' it wasn't until Jerry & Jimmy came to the rescue in '89. Before then it was hopelessness!

I will still watch the games. This gets much easier when you don't get too high after wins and don't let bad losses bother you. It's been this way for far too long.
