With Rico coming on as of late, can we start to cancel the Henry talk?

No one to block for him.
Not sure what people don't get about this. Possible marginal improvement but we just can;t consistently block. We also have some QB issues. Maybe som coaching issues. And a GM/owner problem. That all still exists with or withou

You guys will excuse any bad mistake, and piss on any better suggestion.

You are both out of your damn minds using "who will block for him" excuse to downplay signing a generational back for pennies like Derrick Henry.

Even with this oline, multiply what Dowdle has done by 2 and that is what DH would have given us, and that would likely have us in decent shape for a WC game.

WC game? You must be on dope or dogfeces. Putrid run defense. Hot garbage at QB. Zero oline depth. Doodoo at dline. No run stoppers at DT and LB.

No WR 2 or 3. Feast or famine CBs who refuse to tackle. Burnt toast at safety. 1980s route concepts coming from HC. Old, antiquated DC.

And out of all that you think playoffs with DH? Lmao. Thank goodness Derrick went to a great situation where he has the chance to be successful. And not the wack arse Cowboys who are bottom dwellers with no GM.

King Henry deserves a ring to end his illustrious career. And not a defunct, fecal ridden organization. Court is adjourned

I don't live in make believe fantasy world. It's all made up jn your head of it doesn't actually happen.

They haven't given Vaughn a chance. It's pretty obvious he's improved from last year. The OL has been crap up until the young OGs started playing.
Dude, Vaughn is not a starting caliber RB in the NFL.....................my 5 yr old daughter is almost as tall as he is:laugh:

What makes you think the Coaches did not see this immediately? GM Jethro decides who plays.

I really do hope that's not the case. By no means am I confident in that hope though. Let's say you're 100% right.

Jerry is who he is, and that isn't about to change. It's up to the coaches to have the conviction to do the right thing for the team in any event. Jerry is in the box and they are running the game. Have some intestinal fortitude and play the best players. If they faltered because of Jerry they are still a huge part of the problem.

DV was a joke of a pick and drafted cause his Dad is associated with cowboys and he ate Alabama for breakfast in college

He’ll be out of the league unless someone grabs him as special teams returner
I can't argue any of that.....so far he's been the Bronny James of the Cowboys

Hats off to Rico, nobody thought he would be doing this well when given touches. At the beginning of the year is was a running back by committee and nobody knew what we had in Rico. We didn't know if he could carry the ball a lot of times.

We all wanted Henry, Henry wanted us, we know what took place next. With the running that we're doing with Rico can we dismiss the Henry talk? I'm not saying he's better in anyway so please don't go there!

I was watching the radio show and someone mentioned the Cowboys wanted Rico to keep running the ball, he had just gotten two good runs, but signaled he needed a break! It was said the Cowboys wanted to keep feeding him
LOL the questions you ask on several levels

Rico 1 TD, 3 in his career. Who is Derrick Henry? Cowboys really did him a huge favor anyway! This team is a complete dumpster fire! You can bet no one is happier than him that he avoided this mess.

I’d rather get a blue chip RB who is a threat anytime he touches the ball. Rico will be a fine #2, but that’s it. People keep talking him up like they did the underwear thief who also showed “something”.

Even the casual C-boys fans see how failing to sign Derrick Henry was a horrible bummer for the Cowboys.
My adult son is now acting more bummed than he ever was, and he considers that the last straw for him!

This entire offseason was the last straw, then they topped it off by signing Dak on opening day. I always watched Cowboys games with a bunch of cowboys fans around 10 guys would get together. Haven’t missed a game in years and they all stopped watching. If the team can’t be bothered, the fans got the message loud and clear.

Yep bronny dropped 30 the other night so maybe there’s hope . I ain’t holding my breath .a horrible pick from what thus far imo is a sucky draft outside of Demo who now there are questions as if he’ll play again and how effective he’ll be

MM wants a new contract. So he will do what GM Jethro wants. Pretty simple to understand.
