In the settings you can choose 'hard mode' which requires you to us any letters you got, in subsequent guesses. A couple days ago I had used all five vowels and thirteen consonants and had one letter to show for it after four guesses.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you're saying any letter you get right, whether in order or not, has to be used in the rest of your guesses, I always do that anyway.

Yes. That is what I was trying to say. I always do that myself so I never actually toggled into 'hard mode' but it is an option.
