Worst movie you ever saw?

Just Wright with Queen Latifah and Common. I only saw about an hour of it and it was turrible. Cliched and unbelievable. Hated it.

Another movie I just really didn't like was Pulp Fiction. I know folks think it is a classic, but I can never get through the whole movie without thinking it was stoopid and then I'd turn it off.

That doesn't qualify as a horrible, worst movie ever IMO. At least it was entertaining at some points.

Clockwork Orange, now that was horrible!

Did you read the book?

Is this thread about low budget bad movies or regular movies that were just bad?

:laugh2: Thats kinda what I was thinking.

Big difference there imo.

One of my least favorites, and I know it kinda has a big cult following, is Harold and Maude. From the subject manner to the ambiguous ending, I have trouble finding any redeemable qualities in that movie.

The corny side of me likes those movies, at times.
I guess due to the low budget, and low expectations, generally positvie message, they don't bother me too much.

But corny? yes

Shawshank Redemption, they aren't.

Burton's version of Planet of the Apes.

A lot of his movies are hit or miss. I liked Sleepy Hollow, Batman, and Batman Returns. I just watched Mars Attacks yesterday, and thought it was horrible. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was bad too.

Amadeus. For a movie that won an Academy Award for Best Picture of the year, it bored me to death.

The Artist, last year's Best Picture winner, had the same affect on me.

Makes me question who is voting on this stuff. They clearly have no taste when it comes to movies. Unless they are into boredom

The wife and I watched 20min of it, and I told her, I couldn't watch it anymore.

As far as The Artist goes, one thing that seems to be true is that Hollywood loves films about Hollywood. Not that they're narcissistic or anything, mind you.

Paul Blart. Mall cop.

The fact that Hollywood even saw this fit for me to watch angers me.

Three words for you

Bubba Ho Tep

My wife brought that masterpiece home and I gave her that REALLY look. Bruce Campbell couldn't even save it.

Adam Sandler was behind that steaming pile of dung.

But just about anything Adam Sandler is in or is behind anymore is horrid.

Shawshank might rank as the greatest movie ever– that nobody went to see.

The movie only grossed like $16 mil during its entire box office run. Sad.

Book was even better.

Tie between Pearl Harbor and Dreamcatcher

Pearl Harbor was disappointing to say the least. With the resosurces at their disposal they turn one of the defining moments in our history into a cheesy romantic drama with Ben Affect (sic), no less, the sorriest actor this side of K Reeves!

Never seen Dreamcatcher but the soundtrack was first rate. Pandora pushes it to me in heavy rotation.
