Would an offensive player be an option?

All this offense needs is a healthy Oline. It has everything it needs to be a great offense. Then of course you need play calling and a more aggressive scheme and predictability.
This is far from being a great offense. The struggle to score every game is a big problem and it is not just the coaches fault.

Id LOVE Ohio St WR Parris Campbell...he's one of my favorite players to watch...love his game.

Ou OT Cody Ford is one of my favorites...as a Sooner fan.

TE Irv Smith would look AWESOME in the Silver n Blue.

A guy like Campbell would do some nice things for this offense and special teams.

He also has some upside to develop into a legit receiver.

Quick screens, jet sweeps, crossing patterns, and just generally easy throws that Dak is known for would potentially be more effective with a guy like that.

He's also not a small guy and can break through some tackles.

I'm torn, in this stage we are in need of a couple holes filled, so if there's a guy there at S. Sure but at DT I want another manster, a guy who pushes the pocket back and blocks the view and eliminates the stepping up of the QB. Either that or you need a Irving who cannot be blocked. I don't see either in what's remaining.

At this point, and I hate to say it because we're not in rebuild, but take the BPA, or trade out if possible.

I still believe in the most Worthy. That's what the Raiders and the Giants did. Sometimes it's about the culture as much as the talent.

I've been asking for a defensive tackle that can push the pile for Four Seasons now. You can't get pressure up the middle you cannot win in this league. Perfect example Patriots destroyed Mahomes up the middle

I believe that's what they're hoping Randall Cobb can do. I'm a Believer in the most Worthy. Draft for need you usually get burned. Best player available. What happens if you're already overloaded at that position.

Its certainly partly the coaches fault. And the Cowboys agreed because they fired the OC. An offense revolves around the quality of the Oline. Once that's solved, we will be back on track.

Im sure you blame Dak. Weve been over this too many times to count.

How many times did Elliot take himself out of the game when we needed him most. I think with this new system they will open up the passing game much sooner we'll see a totally different team this season on offense. I think last season they didn't want to overexpose the young defense so it was all about ball control

IDK I give Linehan a honest 75% of the blame for the offense last year. After all, if I know the play, so does everybody else, keeping them guessing and use the whole field and a lot of average players look damn good.

Randall Cobb is an ok player and he was in a much better situation in GB then he will be here. He's also on a 1 year deal I believe.

We're "overloaded" for like 1 year at WR.

Campbell could be a long term solution and his low 4.3 speed would help keep teams more honest.

I just want the Receiving option instead of a reach at D Line if the DB's are picked over.

I can understand that. I'm looking for a nose tackle a big ugly. And a strong safety. Even if we grab somebody from a practice squad. We're not far away

If Campbell falls I have no problem drafting him and Cobb could be a good mentor for him.

The Cowboys don't value 1 techniques so don't expect anything there.

They may reach for Trysten Hill and that's about as close as youll get.

If the safeties are picked over I hope they look toward passing options.

If you have Zeke Elliott, and great Oline, and a young developing QB...…….Why wouldn't you lean on Zeke? Hell you drafted him with the 4th pick. What are you going to do throw the ball 50 times a game with a 2nd year QB? Were our receivers a strength going into last season?

I am hopeful they will open up the offense, but Im skeptical. I don't think its a new system.

You go on a 10-play drive. Then you get to the Red Zone and take yourself out because you're gassed by the time you get there. It's either conditioning or wrong play calling. That's my point. Rod Smith obviously is not the answer for rotation

As much as GM's say they want to take the best available player none of them do it.

They take the best available at a position of need.

So that is why we're probably going to reach for a defender.
That's my fear.

I believe they didn't trim Prescott loose because they didn't want to expose the young defense. I think this team is exactly where they should be at this point in time. Youngest starting team in the league third-youngest overall. Make it to the second round of the playoffs. I couldn't ask for more right now.

Garrett throughout his time here has never had a feel for how to rotate runningbacks. It's actually embarrassing how bad he is at it.

It was embarrassing what happened against the Rams going for it on 4th down twice. And not change up the play calling

I actually don't dislike Jason. I don't love him either. It's a dilemma. We have to understand who runs this team
