Would Kitna be a better option?

Actually my hopes are down.

I don't have faith just because of how we lose games.

I think Romo is a fantastic player but he has a dark cloud following him around that won't go away.

I mean even in his first playoff loss he has a game winning drive only to fumble the snap as a holder.

In the Giant playoff loss we did everything imaginable to lose that game.

I love the Cowboys. I think they have an excellent squad but they just can't overcome this dark cloud.

I don't know if you're just a moron or you simply have no perspective for the game.

You think Romo makes boneheaded plays and inexplicable turnovers at the worst time? You haven't seen anything yet when it comes to Kitna. He's a better option than Brad Johnson, but he made some of the most boneheaded plays I've ever seen as a Lion. He knows how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory better than almost anyone.

So you are ready to give up on a QB thats only started roughly 2 1/2 Seasons?

Tony Romo has been so good during the "Regular Season", that he has made people forget about how putrid we were at Quarterback prior to his arrival.

Quincy Carter, Anthony Wright, Ryan Leaf, Clint Stoerner, Chad Hutchinson, Drew Henson, Vinny Testaverde, Drew Bledsoe...

...how soon fans forget.;)

Romo is not the game.

I will keep my hopes up. Thank you for your concern. Please start another stupid thread and get crushed again. But please not today. Think One-a-Day vitamins and not Lays potato chips.

Romo was the reason we lost.Yes the defense sucked but when u give the NYG a short field they win.The defense held them to fgs repeatedly.Romo sucks open ur eyes.I will not get crushed again.I do not have any faith in him so I wont get crushed when he teases u then chokes away another game.I expect it now.He is like that hot girl who takes u to ur peak then says "not tonight" .lol.

Add Choko Romo to that list.

I don't want Romo around but, Kitna?

Whoah whoah!!!..

Romo is what Dallas has. He is the best chance Dallas has until someone better comes around.

Bench your starting QB the second game. Brilliant. Gimme a break. Let's see how he bounces back. See how he has grown as a "leader".

Im tired of waiting. He will play better against Carolina. They suck. He is bi polar in his play and Chokes bad in big games. Its not going to end. The guy just cant stay consistent at all.He doesnt have to be perfect just stop turning it over.

The better option is this;
When Romo is "off" (it's fairly obvious- lack of his usual accuracy is my first "uh-oh" sign) run the ball. Rotate RBs every 1st down if you must but realize this is one of those times that TR is not on his game and put it on our OL and RBs to impose their will.

Guys keep ur hopes up with loser Romo then get crushed again.I dont expect anything with this guy anymore. He is inconsistent and careless and always will be.He will be a backup somewhere in 2-3 years.

Then I assume you are leaving the board now only to return when we replace Romo?

Some people on this board just love the backups. Our backups are always the answer. :bang2:

Make no mistake.

I am in NO WAY a Romo supporter. He is what Dallas has and is their best option at this time.

I don't think he is a leader per say. I don't think he has what it takes to take Dallas to the Bowl. This ain't Trent Dilfer and the Ravens of 2000.

But, Romo is not alone in what needs to get better in Dallas.

This defense is a complete joke. That I will say. And it stems back a long time. I see nothing different at all.

One change I would like to see if in fact this defense can't get it together?

The 4-3 returned. I know not anytime soon, but, hopefully work in that direction.

And get back to NFC EAST football. Smashmouth violent pissed football.:banghead:

No I love my team. I hate our loser qb. I will be forced to root for a terrible qb thats all. I have no faith in him.

And you shouldn't have too.

We fans have done ENOUGH of that since Aikman retired.

I love that crap. Can't stay with the team or still root for em if you don't like the QB. LOL. What a joke.

BINGO! We have a winner

I literally just finished bashing Romo's perfomance to a co-worker and then I come on zone to see your thread. Even in my anger/disappointment, I know that starting Kitna over Romo is ridiculous.

I guess I should thank you. Maybe I was too upset with the now and should look at the overall picture... there's always a worst option.

Hey I'm on the Romo hate wagon as much as the next guy right now, but seriously?

He's a legit QB dude, one of the best in the league right now. I'm just really pissed at him right now, and I don't know if this feeling will go away this time.
