Would you sign Derrick Henry if he is released?

Can’t imagine Tennessee would cut him he’s coming off a 1500+ yard season with 13 TDs and is still a great player. A number of teams would jump at trying to sign him if he were cut. He’s not going to be had for cheap. If you want a veteran RB for cheap, you need one coming off a down year. Someone would have to trade for Derrick Henry.

Teams aren't paying for running backs in today's NFL, why do you think all these team are either cutting them or letting them seek a trade, team aren't going to pay them what they think they're worth...it's a deep running back class, go draft one in the third or fourth round....

No… Zeke and Pollard are already counting about $16 million towards the cap, so the last thing we need to do is pay even more high wages on the RB position.
Draft one in the 3rd round.

The issue with Henry is he’s aging and has a ton of mileage on him. He’s also starting to come up with injuries. Tennessee would like to get some value for him in a trade before he hits the wall.

If hes cut or for a late round pick absolutely. Hes got at least one more good year and would provide a solid complement to Pollard. Hes a tough man snd tough to tackle.
