If a DE was BPA then I'd be all for it, you can never have too many pass rushers. But if there were players with similar grades, then it gets fun. I'd probably take DE over DT, and it would be close between that and TE.
I like the pieces we have at DT actually - Collins is injury prone although pretty good when he's healthy, Crawford's a solid 3T, and Woods is a fireplug. The DTs held up well all year until the Rams basically knew their playcalls, so I can give them a mulligan for that one. I still want a war daddy 3T, but at pick #60 you are more likely looking at another Crawford or Collins rather than a war daddy, and playing behind two functional 3Ts would make it difficult to get a rook on the field. There is a hole behind Woods for day 1 rotational snaps though.
DE - still don't trust Gregory: drugs aside, he made way too many stupid decisions on the field last year. I'm writing off Taco. Armstrong has a chance to make it, but you don't count on a 4th round backup for anything. The way I see it, if Gregory hits, a rookie could still get heavy snaps in the rotation if he beats out Taco. If Gregory fails, the rook could quickly be in line to start.
TE - a 90%-of-snaps position in our offense and our best option is Geoff Swaim. If we could find a real-deal TE1 to help out Dak and sort of eliminate the mess of JAGs we have floating around right now, I'd be all for it. It's kind of a debate between how much do you want a starter at a cheap but surprisingly tough to find position, vs a rotational guy at a primo position. And of course, the exact players available would influence that decision too.
