You have no idea what is really going on behind the scenes. Some owner are on Jerry's side and some are against him. There is no way to know how many on each side.
Exactly. If you read these reports you'd think it was 31-1. I doubt that. Jerry couldn't hold this up all by himself. He has to have some support.

Now that Zeke has thrown in the towel, this one-man war waged by Jerry is weediculous.

How bad is it that if tomorrow the NFL completely imploded I would probably smile a little?

This is true. This is very true.

But in the end I feel he'll wind up losing to the NFL. I don't personally believe he has enough owners who like him, or agree with him, enough to back him.

I could definitely be wrong on that.

Losing draft picks would be another front office blunder.

Jerry better know what he's doing.

It's unfortunate Jerry is so old in this respect. I think if he was 20 years younger, he could turn the franchise over to Stephen and make a league that would kill the NFL.

It’s nonsense.. the article admits they have no idea what owners do or how many..

It is not clear how many owners favor taking action against Jones, but the group that supports such a move is said to include some of the league’s most influential owners, according to those with knowledge of the situation, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the threat of litigation.

Basically we all know certain influential owners do, meaning some of the competition committee.. Mara, Rooney, Kraft... Blank..

That means nothing in the grand scheme of things.. we already know this..

You watch, if this feud continues - they will yank the Draft from Dallas.
Conduct detrimental to the league ....(A-holes)
Been saying this for awhile now. Expect to get hosed via officiating too. There is a reason why the rule book is so thick, gives wriggle room for the zebras to “steer games” to a desired result. Rog is vindictive.

I truly wonder if behind closed doors the league gave Zeke a boat load of money in exchange for no further legal action.

Because it isn’t about Zeke and never been about it.. that’s how certain people are trying to paint it. I’d argue that it was Goodell that used Zeke to try and force Jerry to bend on salaries and restructuring the salaries of a bloated NFL headquarters..
