Tools are there, hard to project he does anything since he has 0 production.

Pretty easy parallels to both Noah Brown and Miles Austin - interesting to see which way it might go.

Not the least bit excited about Fehoko. He’s been here two seasons and has a grand total of 3 catches for 24 yards. He had a great opportunity last season with Gallup out the first few games and no Amari Cooper. He couldn’t even beat out Noah Brown. He might not even make the team.

Add the TE’s, Pollard and Deuce, and our pass game has PLENTY of potential weapons (IMHO)!
The translation to the OL,TE, and RB groups will be the hardest transition.
MM has his hands full in that area of translation but he does have the pieces in place to make it happen.
Coaching is always imperative, this year esp and MM has a partner in Schott that he trusts, so there is an early indication as much as we could hope for at this point that we have at least equal goals and understanding of what MM wants to do, has to do.
Chemistry is everything, and if provided can be exactly what is needed.

The addition of Cooks along with a healthier Michael Gallup isn’t going to help Fehoko’s chances. Plus the Cowboys are going to give Jalen Tolbert every opportunity to succeed.

Lamb, Cooks, Gallup, Tolbert, Fehoko…

Who’s your #6? Turpin?
Don't we usually keep 6 WRs ?

'22 WR unit : Lamb, Gallup, Brown Washington, Turpin Tolbert, Fehoko ..

.and remember Dennis Houston was also on the 53 roster per Washington camp injury.

Turpin is not only our primary returner but he is a pro bowl returner; He's a lock

I know it is much easier to stash players now, but not saying I understand all the rules and regulations that are current.
Fehoko hopefully can be retained in some manner if others are showing more.
Its not a bad problem to have.

If others are showing more I don’t know why they would want to retain him. If a player isn’t getting it done by year three it’s time to move on. He only cost us a fifth round pick.

Dak likes Simi and has been practicing with Simi. Dak even said Simi is starting to remind him of Cedrick Wilson, Jr. That is huge.

Then Fehoko becomes a Noah Brown type that helps as a block protection, downfield gunner on special teams

They probably will get Tolbert chances as he was a high draft pick in the 3rd rd.
But he'd better really ball out as a WR because he offers zero help on special teams

Just saying, the rules of retention have been expanded, its easier now to retain bottom feeders then ever before.

We’ll see how it turns out in training camp. He has at least three receivers ahead of him and will have to battle Jalen Tolbert.

I believe Tolbert and Fehoko are backups to different starting WRs. The one that needs to be worried is Turpin. He didn't show anything as a WR last season.
