This isn’t working….fire Mike
The ones left are too drunk to stand up!!!!
This isn’t working….fire Mike
Who cares. That's so irrelevant right now to the real problems.Mike has to be fired though.
#trainwreck
.....but I'd ask Dalvin Cook 2 questions.......1. Aren't you getting paid? and 2. Do you really want to run behind our OL?I’d pat Zeke on the back and say “sorry bud, we’re all done here”
END THREADSimple, I fire myself!
100% hire a GM with a plan hold him to it, let him hire a coaching staff with a plan and get him the players needed to work his plan, hold him to it....you know like every other successsfull business in the world..There is no quick fix and I hope more fans realize this.
Hire proven GM
Hire innovative HC, not a relic
Get the hell out the way of everything but marketing.
So Ferguson isn't good now. Dak can't go through his route tree. Dak is Sam Howell on the Commanders without a stacked roster... Hell, Sam Howell may be better than him, at least if he gets 9 years of practice...Yes, not beating anybody good with one legit weapon on offense. Makes it too easy for opposing DCs to stop that.
Kicking FGs instead of getting TDs not going to take you anywhere
Sure the ultimate answer is to get a new owner. But even when Palpatine finally succumbs to the will of the force his apprentice is already in line.Yep sure.
That’s like being diagnosed with cancer that’s curable but deciding that a facelift and tummy tuck instead of chemo or similar is the way to go.
Not sure why so many think that Jerry picking yet another puppet will make much of a difference.
The place is rotten. Rotten. The only hope I have is that the circus act looks even more ridiculous as the blowouts mount and they finally get a clue that they need someone else to run football.
Unfortunately we are quite a ways away from that point.
He said he would take less risk than Jerry. I don't even know what that means.Sure the ultimate answer is to get a new owner. But even when Palpatine finally succumbs to the will of the force his apprentice is already in line.
Henry might be cheap enough for Stephen in three years lol.If I'm Jerry and I want to improve the team? I draft. Then fill in the gaps with whatever is left over after free agency has been picked clean. If pressed, I might trade for Zach Wilson or Jadeveon Clowney next year. Maybe even Derrick Henry after about 3 more years.
This is the way to go.Well I wouldn't have signed Prescott, first things first. But now that I'm stuck with him -
Every coach goes in the offseason, besides Al Harris probably.
Ben Johnson is the new HC and he hires whoever he wants as his assistants.
If Ben thinks he can work with Prescott, we'll keep him. If not, we're looking for some way to offload him, get him to waive his no-trade clause (not going to happen).
The draft goes BPA. There are too many holes to fill on this team to force picks. If it's a QB, we're taking the QB.
Then I let the coaches do their thing.

The Cowboys have only done one thing since 2013 to actively get better, trading for cooper. They believe in their process of building through the draft. That's it. WR Cooks and CB Gilmore were great trades. If it was 2017. Their 2015 offseason was no different than 2016. They believe their process will get them what they need without spending a ridiculous amount of money. They have some success, just not ultimate success. Look at the Eagles. Look at all of the moves they made, and moving up in the draft, it looks like genius. They don't look much better than us. But no, we don't do anything to try to put a better product on the field from the previous year. We don't do, get over the hump moves.Henry might be cheap enough for Stephen in three years lol.
I mean really…and I said this weeks ago…if they can’t supplement the current group because they claim to be maxed on cap dollars, how exactly do they improve from here?
