1-Calling Dalvin Cook & Malik Davis up from Practice Squad and Cutting Ezekiel Elliott and demoting Deuce Vaughn to the Practice Squad.

2- Starting Kavontae Turpin over Jalen Brooks.

3- Tyler Smith is the Left Tackle and Tyler Guyton is the new Right Tackle. Terrence Steele becomes a reserve.

4- Run the ball more and eat up time of possession.

5-Best kicker in the league. I remember Seahawks did this years ago in the playoffs vs Raiders. Once you cross the 50. Aubrey kicks a field goal.

6- Switch to a 3- 4 defense
Odighizuwa- RDE
Mazi- NT
Golston- LDE
Parsons ROLB
Clark- RILB
Kendricks- LILB
Overshown ROLB

7- Trade for
Myles Garrett for 1& 2(2025)
DK Metcalf for a 1(2026)
Selling the team and moving out of the country?

The Cowboys have only done one thing since 2013 to actively get better, trading for cooper. They believe in their process of building through the draft. That's it. WR Cooks and CB Gilmore were great trades. If it was 2017. Their 2015 offseason was no different than 2016. They believe their process will get them what they need without spending a ridiculous amount of money. They have some success, just not ultimate success. Look at the Eagles. Look at all of the moves they made, and moving up in the draft, it looks like genius. They don't look much better than us. But no, we don't do anything to try to put a better product on the field from the previous year. We don't do, get over the hump moves.
I agree with what you’re saying overall and it’s maddening to a high level that they don’t recognize when it’s time to make an over the hump move so as to avoid cap problems later….when later is now and we still have cap problems.

One thing I don’t agree on….Philly has won a SB and made another in recent memory. The way they have gone about things with of late has worked better than Jerry and Sons genius approach.

Yes, Dak was 100% responsible for that 1st interception, but you can't fully blame him when he has absolutely no pass protection, absolutely no running game and only 1 legit WR to throw to (who was constantly double teamed all game long, including on that 1st interception)!

Intentionally ignoring the obvious is 100% the definition of TROLLING.
But we've seen 8 years of Dak and he has shown that he can beat bad teams and that's it.

Step 1: Fire the GM. (I know the owner won’t do it, but the owner/GM is THE biggest problem here)
Step 2: Hire a new GM with some recent success, empower them, and give them 4-5 years to build. If after 4 years, nothing is better fire the GM.
Step 3: Let the GM hire his own HC.
Step 4: Let the HC hire his assistants, control the locker room, player discipline, media information, and let the HC be the face of the team with the media.
Step 5: Work with Dak, Cedee, and maybe Micah to find trade partners.
Step 6: Be willing to suck for a year or two to garner draft picks that you can rebuild with.
Step 7: Develop a new vision for the entire organization that prevents the owner and his family from being anything beside check signers and spectators with the best box seats.

Look, I know this won’t happen because of the owner. But until his grip on this team is loosened, there is not a HC, QB or any other star that can fix this mess. This is a multi-decade cluster you know what of the worst kind. You can’t put lipstick on a pig named Jones and fix anything that ails this entire organization.

Jerry is not doing anything, he's the one that set this team up to fail, he went all in on that.

Oooh, yes! Let's keep spewing more lies!

Dak only led this team to beat this same Detroit Lions playoffs-deep team late in the season last year!!!

1. Remove Stephen from all contract negotiations and management duties

2. Reassign Stephen to head of Public Relations

3. Fire McCarthy and 80% of coaching staff this offseason unless a NFC title game is reached

4. Resign as GM

5. Hire either McClay as GM or proven GM

6. Move out of the way and be an owner who isn’t present

7. Resign as GM

8. Resign as GM

Yeah, in that regard you're right. Philly has been to 2 super bowls. No arguing that fact.

I've used this example before, and I'll use it again now. This is when Jerry talks about the cap.

If your cap was 50k and you had to buy a car for 5 people. Jerry would buy one car for 50k that 5 people would have to share.

A better GM would put down 10k on five 50k cars and have 5 cars for 5 people. They both spent the same money this year. But one GM spend 5 times the money going forward. Same money spent, but big difference going forward.

Forget the micro fix and player options. Well, most anyway.

Lets talk macro here:

1.The starting point is Jerry stepping down and hiring an actual GM.
2.Then finding the right HC possibly from the Reid or Shanahan tree.
3.Trading (if possible)and/or drafting Prescott's replacement ASAP.

After replacing the 3 obstacles to team success in GM, HC and QB,
you take it from there.

A new day of dawning as the Dallas Cowboys. An actual football team instead of a marketing company.

Could this family ever accomplish what I've suggested?
I highly doubt it.
But that's what it would take.
