I am a coach as well and I am always telling my athletes that you can have physical talent but I need for them to be mentally talented as well.
If you are a true sports fan you have seen athletes that are physically talented but dum as rocks, and athletes that are not talented physically but that mental talent takes them a long way

Yes, Dak was 100% responsible for that 1st interception, but you can't fully blame him when he has absolutely no pass protection, absolutely no running game and only 1 legit WR to throw to (who was constantly double teamed all game long, including on that 1st interception)!

I would switch Guyton to RT. That's what he played in College, and he solidifies that side. Martin is getting beat; I think his body is breaking down. Move Smith to LT, and keep Bass as LG.
Make Rico the starting RB with Leup. See how Rico does when starting a whole game and getting his groove on.
Send Deuce to Practice Squad Sorry I Love his story but it's time to move on.

Get all my young player's reps Turpin has IMO outplayed Cooks get him more plays.
This season even though it's early is just too dysfunctional. You don't have the Coaching personnel in place to make this team tougher mentally.

Now I agree with the hiring as good of a coach as they can but that’s a really long process, plus paying them, and stop with the hand cuffing them let them coach, and pay them! We have the lowest salary for coaches, college coaches get paid more than our coaches.
Just sit back and continue to do their jobs, they have been doing really good as GM and VP, because we draft really good talent. Sorry but I don’t like signing other teams cast offs either because if they are good they always want to break the bank, I like paying our players first

As a coach, I'm sure you can clearly see the gaping maw at DT and RB. We do not draft all that well. LB isn't a strength either.

Secret: Their QB was lefthanded. Guyton playing RT for a left handed QB is the equivalent of playing LT.
