Well, whose fault is that, he’s a football genius, he would succeed anywhere if he was left alone , I don’t know what head coach, without total control would ever wanna come into a franchise, and put their reputation on their line, only the Cowboys franchise

Speculation. When exactly did he leave us, again? Wasn't it under Big Mike after Big Mike had taken over playcalling? I'm a bit hazy about that, but the job might of not been available anyway.

Exactly speculation, just like he wouldn’t succeed
I’m an advocate

You are identifying this as evidence of your assumption? Okay.

You do understand when a team quits on their head coach, it means they quit. Period. It means the roster will not perform competitively from that point moment forward.

Will you repost this same Clarence 'Captain Obvious' Hill tweet if the team plays strongly against the Texans? Yes or no?

We've had players go behind the coaches back and speak directly to Jerry in the past. These coaches don't prepare the team to play playoff football and make sure that people get back on the same page if something happens. This coaches don't develop on the field leaders like a team should have. If the coaches fail at leadership, it will take someone to come here one time, who is going to pick up the job they refuse to do.
I’m with you mostly. I don’t think on the field leaders are made usually. A good coach can bring it out of a player, but he already has to have it. Some players are born to be leaders like Michael Irvin, no need to bring it out. As a matter of fact, maybe we should have bottled it up just a little. Lol

Pushing off may be allowed within five yards but I don’t see them as being the same.
Question, how are you watching the game tomorrow, I’m in New England. I’m going to have to go to a sports bar or listen to the NFL app.

I didn't say whether or not he would throw the flag... im just wondering where all this faith in the refs come from to believe he would have allowed hand fighting, when he previously called a PI on a defender who was actually pushed.... and just because he wasn't tugging on the rag initially, don't act like refs don't throw late flags.
so you got nothing but won't admit it
and if you play in fear of the refs then you are a loser
what happened was withing five yards of the LOS so no call and no matter how desperately you want to clear Dak it is not going to work

Schotty probably said to Dak what every single coach would say down 3 with no TO and 10 secs

Drop back
See if someone open
Throw it away if not
Do not let the clock run out and do not take a sack

Simple

The reality is that Dak panicked as he usually does under pressure and instead of understanding that he could wait a bit more, he threw it away thus costing us a chance to win the game

The defense lost us the game in the next 7 secs BUT Dak was the reason we did not win
So the other 31 points the D gave up had nothing to do with it? Why are we minimizing the effect of the defense that most claimed would need time to gel or would still suck. The D did suck regardless of a few good plays. And the injuries were a part of it.

Yeah, play the game to win. Maybe, maybe the ref could have thrown a flag, but it could have been pass inference against the Ravens. But, the throw was not attemped.

I call exactly what they did. It was the perfect play and a TD. I have no idea who was responsible for throwing the ball into the stands--whether Dak was told to or he made the decision on his own.

I think that play is being over analyzed. Honestly I don’t even like the play . Not much opportunity for completion or a TD.

The bigger mistake was on 1st down at the 2. We should have ran the ball. Instead a motion penalty changes the call playing.

And then not kicking off in play to run time off.

What is an andriod box? I be puter dumb.
It’s a little box with a little computer in it that connects to your TV. It runs on android just like half the cell phones out there. You can install apps on it and browse the internet just like a cell phone, but using a remote. You can get one on Amazon for under $50.

We are talking about 1 play
Try to understand before posting

Coaches do that to take the heat off a player after a controversial play. You saying coaches don't lie? What is with the hurry up play when they know they got away with something before the refs can catch it then?
The play looked like it was preplanned to me, which leads me to believe the coach called it. Can’t say for sure but that’s the way I lean.

Im not sure if you've ever played sports, but team leaders still listen to their coaches and follow the coaches instructions.

Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, aren't only leaders.... they are GOATS of their sports. How many times have you seen a time out called and the head coach wave them over in situations like that? When you saw head coaches put their arm around these greats talking to them or drawing up plays.....

What do you think they're discussing, who drives the best sports cars? No. The coaches are giving situational instructions. With that said, if GOATS can listen to their coaches as team leaders, then why can't a very good quarterback that is a team leader listen to his coach?

What Schotty told Dak to do was the smart play, because in normal situations, we had overtime to close it out. Unfortunately, most teams don't rip off a 27 yard pass in 6 seconds to win by a fg.
I don’t think there is a correct answer here. I would have preferred to take a chance. But if it doesn’t work and they lose, they still would be criticized for going for it, and by the same people who are complaining now that they should have. Not all posters but the ones with an agenda.
