Because, whether it's in time for Thursday or for the following Sunday's game, Martin will have to have two negative test results to be able to return. I don't think for a minute anyone believes that he will be on the field on Thursday.

not sure I follow your response here. I am asking why are they even mentioning him having two negative tests in the next 48 hours? He has actual symptoms and is sick. He could get everyone sick if he is back in 48 hours. The team leaves for tampa on wednesday and there is no way he could play.

So I guess my point was just why is jerry going on espn saying he just needs two negative tests. Just be honest, he is sick showing symptoms and will miss the game.
