When was the last time Zeke broke a big gain running outside? I can't even remember Zeke breaking tackles. All he does is plow forward for a few yards here and there.

I wish he still had his break away speed and breaking tackles. He is no longer that player.

That's simply false. Zeke has been havimg success outside.

Davis was the different RB that played today, not Pollard.

Again, there is not a single play today that couldn't have been called with Zeke. You're making excuses for Moore that are undeserved and not logical.

Dude, I love zeke too. But there is absolutely no way Zeke is playing the way he did as his earlier seasons. Early Zeke looked like Pollard today. Explosive, cutting on a dime, avoiding tackles. The only thing Zeke does that Pollard doesn't is pushing the pile and pass pro.

The effectiveness of the offense put a lot of pressure on the defense, because our offense was scoring left and right, and not taking much time.

Like you said, the Bears had the ball for 14 more minutes of TOP. That's a lot of time. Those long drives that chew up the clock are really devastating.

It really depends on the team. I think the Cowboys felt like they could have more success with Pollard this game, and Zeke was hurt so they just played it safe and rolled with Pollard. It worked out.

Pollard got pretty close to his usual load today, so it's not that. There wasn't a lot of use of the rbs in the passing game, so not that.

The difference today appeared to be the use of different routes from the norm, the use of motion/misdirection, and general execution.

That’s not true.

Pollard got 14 carries today which is 4-5 more carries than he usually gets per game. That doesn’t sound like much but when you’re only averaging 9.5 rushes per game an additional 5 carries is significant.

Pollard had a roughly 45% increase in carries. The difference to me appeared to be Pollard’s ability to make guys miss on the second level.

Scoring too fast... OK.

Man we scored TD after TD after TD. Its not like we scored and then fell apart on offense and the defense had to be on the field forever.

Zeke is done. He needs to sit on the bench. And all those who said Pollard is not build to carry the load for a whole game should think about their argumentation one more time after this game.

A lot of us said that Pollard is the way better back. He had to wait for a very long time to get a chance to prove it. Never heard anything of him that could have distracted the team. He waited. And yesterday given a chance the guy exploded.

Pollard is a gem. He is something special. And he showed this for years now.

Only because of this dumb and stubborn GM Zeke has still to play.
He faltered when Zeke drank caipirinha in cabo and now his ego needs to save his face.
