I'm not sure I saw Tony Pollard get asked to make one single block today. That was ...weird. Cool....but weird.

We didn't miss Zeke today. Without him we open up our offense for the big plays. Moore was also more creative with the playcalling.

Zeke has become nothing more than a 1-trick pony. We don't need him.
Exactly what about the offense today was opened up in a way it couldn't be with Zeke?

Pollard got pretty close to his usual load today, so it's not that. There wasn't a lot of use of the rbs in the passing game, so not that.

The difference today appeared to be the use of different routes from the norm, the use of motion/misdirection, and general execution.

We missed Elliot today, make no mistake about it. We were scoring too fast. We would’ve Pounded the ball a little bit more today than we did . Tony Pollard is a phenomenal player I’m glad we have him. Zeke is every bit as valuable

Yep, they're a great 1-2 punch. Thread sucks and so does it's premise. Zeke helps keep Pollard fresh and vice versa. NFL is brutal physically and guys need a wing man. I don't care who's 1 or who's 2.....just win.

That was one of the worst run defenses in the league

Yep, but what can ya do? Also best rushing team and they showed that too. Stats sometimes lie but not today. Most everything unfolded as predicted except our D looked a little gassed cuz we were scoring so quickly. They got one TD after the bogus 'roughing' call vs. Golston and another FG after Dak's INT. So if you take those away, our D wasn't that bad really. Just have set a higher bar and didn't meet it today.

When Zeke is in, we run up the middle for short gains every time he's in. That's because Zeke can't break tackles and has lost his speed.

Pollard is a much faster player. Pollard was the main difference today on offense. Coupled with Dak being efficient.

We really don't need to have Zeke being the focal point of this offense. We have better weapons then him.

He is stopping progress by standing on the sidelines in street clothes, lol?

Not really true about Zeke...

But did you miss that Pollard's workload wasn't really more than any other week? So, that's not the answer.

Until Tony Pollard learns how to freakin' block, i don't want to hear this we need to get rid of Zeke crap. No, Zeke isn't worth that deal. No, Zeke isn't as explosive as Pollard. But he's plenty good and he isn't a turnstile on passing downs

When was the last time Zeke broke a big gain running outside? I can't even remember Zeke breaking tackles. All he does is plow forward for a few yards here and there.

I wish he still had his break away speed and breaking tackles. He is no longer that player.

You're not getting this....

Pollard got just about as many touches as when Zeke does play. So Pollard's performance and Zeke's absence are not the amswer. Try again.

Look at the time of possession. The beers had the ball almost 14 minutes longer than us. That’s why they kept running down our throat. Yes you can score too fast
3 or 4 ill advised penalties on the defense kept drives alive for the Bears, allowing them to control the clock. Plus, we all know running plays keep the clock moving. By running their D3 basic offense, they consumed a lot of clock

No I get it. But I don't think you do. Pollard has never been the problem. Zeke has. Without Zeke Kellen Moore gets more creative with his play calling. With Zeke in the lineup all we do is run up the middle for minimal gain. Zeke limits this offense. We can run better plays than running Zeke up the middle. It was noticeable in today's game.

Idk of any team who would complain they were able to move up the field with ease and score quickly. Zeke is not every bit as valuable but he does have a role here, at least for this year.

What keeps Moore from being creative when Zeke is there? What plays couldn't be run with Zeke?
The same exact gameplan easily could have been called with Zeke.

Essentially, you're really saying Davis was the real difference as Pollard got about the same number of touches.
