LOL...people's perception....is a funny and odd thing.It is true.
It’s also true that Zeke is no longer a dynamic playmaking RB.
Someone already used the joke...sorry.Thought the title read: Zeke still fat
LOL...people's perception....is a funny and odd thing.
I happen to think no one said that ever. Not in the same sentence. You put two different things together as if "people" (people? like how many?)...say it all the time.
No...it isn't true at all. People disappointed with Tony's two yards are ALSO disappointed in Zeke's.
If you want to be specific....getting two yards on 3rd and two....*could* be a completely different story. Those yards are a LOT harder to get and I bet Zeke does get more 3rd down conversions on a short run play. I bet people ARE more confident zeke gets it, for good reason. Either way people are happy when BOTH get those two yards.
It was a comedy of errors, like running into a dirt wall. How many times did he have to sidestep right on the handoff. When your QB is tripping over the center's feet on a hand off play....you know there's an issue.
Running 22mph is apparently not fast enough for Zeke to make successful runs to the outside. He hasn’t been able to make those runs to the outside since his 3rd year in the league. It’s hard to tell how fast he is because he’s not elusive and can’t avoid anyone. It’s almost like he looks for contact.

You think how Zeke started the season matters. Okay. That's where we have a difference of opinion. It's how you finish that matters.we started off 6-1 because of Zeke and the run game that fact he gets 2 injuries and you guys have selective memory's..steve posted videos that not a slot fat washed up back..sure hes overpaid who cares so are most players. He was very zeke like until he fell on the pylon that played on one knee.
they aid those things last off season and the first 7 games or so it was actually true.
Running backs don't usually age gracefullyHe reached 22 miles this week in a work out. Stop sleeping on his speed. He’s probably faster than pollard. He just weighs more and doesn’t have a faster 5 yard burst.
ExactlyRG3 still runs fast.... in a straight line. Doesn't mean he can play. Running fast before folks beat on you is a totally different thing. Zeke will never be what he was. That Zeke is gone forever. Doesn't mean he's not a good back, but he's being paid as a great back.
cant control injuries having the correct non hater perspective is what matters..You think how Zeke started the season matters. Okay. That's where we have a difference of opinion. It's how you finish that matters.
I didn't say Zeke's failure last year was malicious... It's a violent sport, Injury happens. His body broke down, it's just the fact.cant control injuries having the correct non hater perspective is what matters..
the team finished poorly that the only fact here
Pinning it on a few unpopular players due to their contracts is a terrible narrative shared by clueless fans..
Zeke played hard al year and sorry he couldn't finish with back injury and torn PCl the way you expected..lmao
he showed his toughness, team play, and had respectable season given the facts.
no he was inured Not broke down..high school players get the same injuries,,,gymnasts other sports etc etc no mater the age period end of story.,I didn't say Zeke's failure last year was malicious... It's a violent sport, Injury happens. His body broke down, it's just the fact.
Look man, whatever. All I'm saying is what happened to Zeke last season wasn't his fault. He tried hard but he wasn't at his best due to injury.no he was inured Not broke down..high school players get the same injuries,,,gymnasts other sports etc etc no mater the age period end of story.,
thats the issue DUDELook man, whatever. All I'm saying is what happened to Zeke last season wasn't his fault. He tried hard but he wasn't at his best due to injury.
Well of COURSE "I happen to think"...what the heck do you think this forum is all about? Heaving stats at each other?...and PRETENDING we don't hash 'em out like how we want?“I happen to think…”
Awesome.
Here’s what we know:
Zeke…1,650 career rushes and just five (5) runs of 40+ yards. Three (3) of those came his rookie season in 2016.
Pollard…317 career rushes and four (4) runs of 40+ yards
