It would have to be a drastic paycut and relegation to goal line only.
If we take that pay cut and invest in a real o line....zeke does better, Dak does better, and Tony doesn't have a broken ankle, which might hinder him for quite some time.

Boy that sucks doesn't it!

We kinda shoulda learned from 2016, and been doing this the whole time...but ya'll only complain about JJ's stupidity when it suits ya.

Waste of a roster spot. They can find the best blocking RB in the draft and he will probably cost less and be an upgrade. Zeke is WASHED.

They had no problem cutting Dez, but can't let go of Zeke? Makes no sense
Dez sucked for several years before they moved on from Dez. Same with Witten. I expect we will see similar with Dak and Zeke.

Smart on his part. Nobody is going to pay him big money, but he's still a very useful player in his own way.

About $5 million a year is about right. Supreme short yardage runner, great in pass protection, and still runs OK with physicality.

But his best days are behind him, and I credit him for realizing this if the story is true.
He just looks done! Has no burst through the hole anymore. Wasn’t even effective in short yardage late in the year. But yeah, even during the interview after the Bucs game, you got the impression he knew it was about over!

If he gets cut I doubt anyone signs him. He provides nothing a rookie can't do better for a fraction of the cost.
I will say he gets picked up. But like...I'm not gonna bet ya or lay down pinkie swears or anything.

I just think we have misused him, and that alleged fans sour hard on our players out of frustration.

There's no doubt he sucks....here. We suck in general and in the most basic of ways top to bottom.

Zeke could go to place that actually gets the o-line up the field on occasion and, maybe a blocking TE...and...maybe a real hole a few times a game.

(IN all fairness I clearly state here...Dak has suffered from O-line too. As he sucks as much as anyone else.).

Zeke cut and actually playing on another team...really bugs some people. We shall see, eh?

And Tony having bad injury, we're already claiming his healing date of next week, but let's face it, he'll have a hard time establishing his dominance right off the bat.

We need to top draft a rb. And whatever part of o-line is available. Hope our young TEs stay healthy./

You are making a big mistake blaming Zeke for ALL of it. If a guy like Parsons getting ready to cash it in.....why not zeke first?

Zeke gave his soul for this team. Yep...he was controversial at first. I actually believe he had/has some clinical disorder. Never went treated because of nepotism.

What other rushing champion did you see block like he did?

I know...yer sick of people saying "ZEKE" and "block"....in the same sentence. Doesn't change the facts.

Zeke gone and Pollard rehab. A suspect O-line, Dak, an unknown RB, terrible or new OC. Good times.

Pollard pass protects like a 6th-grade girl. Zeke still does things that are unique to him. There is value, just not as a lead back.

Somebody would sign him. That’s why guys like Shady Mccoy and David Johnson continued to stick around

Zeke would be the 3rd string running back at best for most teams in the league. He is too slow and never breaks tackles in space.

The only way I bring him back is if his pay cut saves you more money against the cap than simply cutting him. But he's third on my depth chart.
