This type of evidence could also be used to support the NFL's case. There is enough crap this woman tried to do that could have led to Zeke to being extremely upset and doing something he would not normally do. Could also explain the couple of days spent together because he was trying to convince her to not reveal anything.

Not suggesting this is what I think happened but saying it is possible how the NFL could use the same data against Zeke.

He's not going to say anything now because as has been said, his attorneys have likely advised him from not making any statements like that. They probably crafted the statement he released a few days ago and that's all they want to say. And that's not uncommon in a case like this.

But hey, if you want to be that dude that thinks because he didn't make a strong denial this week that means he did it, go ahead.

Only smart to say silent if he is guilty of the abuse. If he is not guilty of any sort of abuse, EASILY the best path is to come out and say 'I did not abuse her. period'.

The fact that she didn't call police prior is very easy to explain. She was still hoping to either (a) be with him or (b) get money from him until he de-invited her to the birthday party (which took place after the three days). After he dissed her, her plans changed and she decided to ruin him.

In a he-said, she-said where he has proof she threatened to lie about abuse to ruin his career? No. I have no sympathy for this girl. Even in a hypothetical world where he did cause the bruises, this is not what she's concerned about a day later. She's an extortionist.

She may not have called because there was no crime to begin with. You have a woman who Elliott is leaving and she is seeing her gravy train walk away. She is not allowed to his party and tells him that was a mistake, tells friend to lie to police that she has just called.

I'm not taking any sides either way. It seems pretty clear that she is less than stable, but that doesn't mean he didn't do what he's being accused of doing. At the end of the day, we just have to hope that he didn't do it, and that an independent arbitrator can see that.
