Zimmer not sure he wants to coach next year

Do you even want a coach who doesn't know if he wants to coach anymore?

Not me. You're either all in or you're out.
You sure jumped to conclusions. You didn't comprehend what he said very well.

All he's stating is that it isn't up to him. he signed a one year contract, whether he's back is not his decision....If Jerry offered him an extension, Zimmer would be back!
I don't see any way that he doesn't come back.

Probably wants to know if Big and Little are actually planning to field a NFL roster next year

Cowboys DC Mike Zimmer joked that “it’s been a blast” when asked if he has enjoyed this year being back in coaching. Dallas got off to a rough start, but Zimmer does not regret coaching this season.

“I’ve had fun. … But it’s been hard. I’m not gonna lie about that. It’s been hard.”

Does he like it enough that he wants to keep doing it?

“We’ll see. Let’s wait until the end of the year and see where we’re at.”

Keeping his options open. I think he wants to be the head coach not the defensive coordinator.

Facts. If I was his boss (Jerry), I would be already looking for a new defensive coordinator. Can't have someone half way in and half way out.
You guys are so full of it. You are just ridiculous.

I’m not sure why some fans feel our coaching is a core issue for us?
It is a core issue has been and will continue to be as long as the desperate yes men are hired and willing to do whatever Jerry wants, spineless sycophants that’s the core problem and the only type Jerry really wants

He's not coaching next year and that's good for the team. I don't know what kind of scheme this is but receivers are constantly left open and so is the middle of the field. This game has passed him by.

I always chuckle when people who make millions of dollars participating in a game talk about fatigue and things being hard. The man hasn't had a real job since 1979.

I imagine all the hours and the pressure would drain someone pretty quickly.

This the same Zimmer who almost didnt come to Dallas because he wanted a multi year deal?

I don't think there is a single coach in the NFL who regrets their career choice and so-called "sacrifices ".
Didn't say anyone regrets it. But eventually, I'm sure it gets to be too much. That's why people retire.
