Didn't say anyone regrets it. But eventually, I'm sure it gets to be too much. That's why people retire.
Sure, I can roll with that....... we all lose steam as we age but he didn't say that. He said this season was "hard"....... and he got paid 4M for his trouble.

It looks to me like the defense started picking up the system around the time they played Washington. The defense has been the biggest reason why they are picking up more wins lately.

Cowboys DC Mike Zimmer joked that “it’s been a blast” when asked if he has enjoyed this year being back in coaching. Dallas got off to a rough start, but Zimmer does not regret coaching this season.

“I’ve had fun. … But it’s been hard. I’m not gonna lie about that. It’s been hard.”

Does he like it enough that he wants to keep doing it?

“We’ll see. Let’s wait until the end of the year and see where we’re at.”

Good, hure AL or Saleh

More stupidity. Read what he said. It was the same thing most coaches say when they are not under contract after the season.
He’s not going to start putting it out there until Jerry makes some decisions. He has to be offered a job.

He's not coaching next year and that's good for the team. I don't know what kind of scheme this is but receivers are constantly left open and so is the middle of the field. This game has passed him by.
The literally just kicked the *** of a playoff team.

He just wants more money like everyone else.

If they run it back and Zimmer retires promote either Al Harris or your DL Coach Jeff Zgonina to DC . Golston OSA Lawson all having nice yrs should be brought back and why not promote the guy coaching them up .

Somehow Harris voice to an injured secondary still being heard and respected he might not make a bad DC .

All we needed to hear. Go back to retirement Mike. You've had enough bad stuff happen to you. Go enjoy yourself.

He’s starting to crack a smile but earlier he looked like he wanted to leave. He has accomplished everything he probably did this season as a favor to Jerry. This was never long term. Mike McCarthy was suppose to be let go and they’ve talked themselves into keeping him.

I think he gets an extension.

Bones will be back too.

Big Mike and our OC…no.

Another DC would be a setback imo. We need continuity in coaching...especially if MM is back. We don't need to waste half a season trying to figure out a new DC and his defense imo.
where is Big Mikes extension? Why wait Jerry?

8)

we can’t let him get away.

btw, he’s selling his Dallas McMansion.

Translation: I’m getting a little tired of having to explain the game plan to the team owner every week and no one else will hire me. I’ll just say I quit.
