I think from the HC down the line, they are outta here. We will have a complete new staff here.

I hope so, it's past time for fresh blood.

As much as Jerry may have wanted to sell MM and this staff, he might shift towards a new staff. In doing so he can use that as his big change this offseason. The change combined with dragging out Parsons contract will be a good combination of "excitement" and excuse. He'll try to use that for fan approval and sit out another free agency.

Also thinking some of these guys will still be under contract though, so maybe we can hang on to a couple. Al Harris would be great but he may get offered a promotion elsewhere. Not sure who else I'd want to keep.

Reports are ALL coaches have expiring contracts.........If true, this would be a first for Jerry since Jimmy. It would also suggest IMO, he could be considering a major hire with the authority to choose his own staff.

Well damn I wonder what did he do instead because they sucked early on….
This is the full quote from the tweet.

“I wish that when I came in, I did everything the way I wanted it done. That was probably the struggles at the beginning…I was just doing things I was uncomfortable with, and so I had to do what I had to do. I’ve said it to some of the coaches, you come in and here was the situation. They were good last year, right? So I come in, I don’t want to really rock the boat. I wasn’t as tough as I typically am. I probably wasn’t as hard-headed about how I do things is the best way to say it. That’s what I regret the most.”

He’s saying nothing but I mean I get it he has to be professional.

hopefully this means he's not coming back. Defense played better when we got some guys back thanks to health but it was the worst defense in the NFL for nearly half a season.

The problem is, until Jerry lets his HC pick his own staff, it's not going to matter. You can't undermine your HC by basically telling him you don't trust his judgment in coaching personnel. Jerry is just to stubborn to hand over total control.

I think he's saying he regrets not being himself and was too nice because Dallas defense was good last year. He probably wishes he got on some of the players harder like he usually does early on.
It doesn’t make sense to me I thought that’s why we brought him in to be a hard ***.
