Parsons sends a 'call to action' to the team ahead of free agency

Micah is stating the obvious but absolutely nothing will change the mindset and ineptitude of this front office

I can take ineptitude at manipulating the cap but what I can't take, is the unwillingness to even try too
we have to cut 2M from the cap before the league year starts in March.

where do we get $$$ for UFAs?

I won't go this far, but he is certainly sending a message. Similar to Garrett and Crosby wanting more from their teams. It makes you wonder if he's telling Jerry he's not signing unless...........?
I would tell him to make me the highest Defensive play in the league, unless you are going to bring in some help.

The longer you wait, the more I want.

17M

thats what Jerry paid Parsons over 4 seasons.

dude is due a mega pay raise.
And let him have it. I dont have any problem with their salaries. I'd just like them to shut up and just give their best on the pitch. Parsons hasnt exactly been stellar late in the season or in the play offs so far.

Love it. But the chance he gets traded just went up.
Well at least he's expediating the decision. He's aware of how Jerry likes to draw out the process for publicity purposes......AND BECAUSE THAT WAY HE HAS A READY MADE EXCUSE FOR NOT GETTING INVOLVED IN THE EARLY TIER 1 FA activity.

Get him some legitimate help and take the double and triple teams off of him, and he will.
Yep, it's the Jerry MO.....he doesnt build units, he focus's on individuals. In Micah's case, his worth IS just as much the double/triple teaming, schematically he should be a nightmare and facilitator for other....pass rushing is done in packs.

Exactly. People ask him to show some leadership. He actually does, being vocal about what direction he thinks the team needs to go. And people rip him for that.

You can’t satisfy some fans.
He's the ultimate leader. Standing in front of a microphone saying we must do better isnt leadership.....Micah provides leadership by just being on the field. It may just be the eye, but out whole defensive front seven appear to raise their game exponentially when he's there.

Unless you're talking about quarterback, it's not going to help
We've been down this road.

I never understood this so maybe someone can help me understand. Why do star players stay in situations when they know the odds of them winning a championship with that team are low? Before you say money, they'll get paid no matter what. Why not get money and the championship
Camaraderie and loyalty.

As a fan of this team, This should be the last thing you criticize a player for
I actually question their fanhood, they hate a player so much that when he's trying to do exactly what the fans ask for they still find a way to criticize. My uncle is giving me a million dollars and I'm complaining that they are twenty dollar bills instead of hundreds. SMH

Yes and Dak and lamb should join him !
They are safe from being punished, so they should speak out now.

Lets see if they actually care or want to win, at least micah has the desire to win.
Lamb already spoke out about the Micah trade rumors. It's Dak's time
