Why would you be mad at Parsons wanting to change the culture and build a winner. He isn't a yes sir man like Jerry wants everyone to be. He is a leader and wants change. I suspect though that he will be traded because of that. I'm sure Jerry has a plan and it involves the disposable coaching staff he hires. He's also not going to bring in a bunch of FAs because he wants to clean up the cap. Pretty sure Parsons will be traded but not to a contender.

They're already tight with the teammates they have. Also, many don't want to move to a different city.

How is it an albatross when Hurts make 52 mil per year but his cap hit was 13 mil this year, last year it was only 6 million and next year it'll be 21 million. You've bought into the "4 year 240 mil equals 60 million per year" fallacy. I wish people would do research anywhere but ESPN and Fox Sports.

I love that Micah wants to go for it but to be blunt the gap between the Eagles and Cowboys is legitimately 5-6 elite players. Them nailing the last few drafts while the Cowboys were middling at best means that a single free agent class can’t fix it.

The other problem is that this is protons of the weakest free agent classes in awhile. Tre Smith is the standout G but there isn’t a great T, or even a good one available (MAYBE Cam Robinson). The RB options are slim. The TE options are weak. Basically outside of WR there isn’t much to like.

I'll be honest. If I were Parsons, I might just take my 5th year option money and parachute out after his contract is over. He'll get paid a ton in FA and he can likely even take a bit less to go play for a winner if he chooses.

Fans are silly sometimes. Our best defensive player since Ware and they want to run him out of town because the coaching staff doesnt utilize him properly.
