421 TDs (#6 alltime) to 248 TDs (#28)

Its not close…. Though on a per season only basis, very similar

Our guy needed 4-5 more healthy years of high level ball

I think Witten has a very good chance as 2nd leading TE only to Tony Gonzalez. Less likely Dez and Lee I don't see that at all.

Rivers will definitely get in eventually. Frank Gore effect, being very good for a super long time gets you so many raw stats that it's hard to ignore.

6th all time in yards and touchdowns. Also 9x NFL top 100 and 8x pro bowl.

He'll have to wait a bit but him being like a 4th or 5th ballot wouldn't be shocking

Absolutely not. The guy is a hammerhead, but he was on a show with Herd, Eric Davis, and Ray Lewis adamantly stating Jason Witten is NOT HOF worthy. Davis and Lewis countered with their thoughts as to why he absolutely is.

I'm going to say the same thing I saw every year when it comes to the HOF. They should dedicate one entire draft class to the Cowboys to make up for all the ones who should be in.

True.....Sean Lee could barely get through to the bye week before getting injured....then the IR for the season. Why people can't see why Woodson was the key piece to the Cowboys 90's defense is beyond me. He literally changed the way the game was played...basically having a LBer playing safety.....and having the ability to drop down and disguise the defense. Yet still....he was able to cover a TE....or blitz off the corner. Truely was a unique player that was really under appreciated.
