More proof why Dak is garbage

When does the analysis about how Elliott is also failing come?

Yep, I was wondering the same thing.

Dak gets crucified when an undrafted rookie lets Myles Garrett blow past him like he is a speed bump and strips sack Dak, yet the Cabo Ewok puts the ball on the turf every dam game and all I hear is crickets about that.

Lol, there are so many more players that shoulder more blame than Dak for this seasons failures. I don't understand why we need thread after thread proving why Dak is terrible or Dak is great. Truth is somewhere inbetween, but hard to argue why he isn't a top 10 QB at this point.

When down by 4-8 points in the final four minutes if a game, meaning a TD to come out on top, in respect to the league average since 2016:

Passer Rating of Dak is 70.6, the league average is 76.5

YPA for Dak is 5.8, the league average is 6.6

The TD rate is 2.8% while the league average is 4.6%

Int rate is 2.7% while the league average is 3.7%.

Sack % is 7.7% versus 5.5% for the lasher average.

To summarize, Checkdown Charlie isn’t even average, per Action Network. I can give a summary of why he’s a joke in this aspect, including he really is risk averse and only throws the ball on desperation, down by three scores.

Here is the kicker, as I’ve been repeating ad nauseum. Notice the point of emphasis on Prescott and the infamous DROP-BACK. He can’t do it worth a dime, which clearly illustrates his incompetent and one-trick pony routine. And he’s not even close to Romo, let alone Mahomes, so cut the BS comparisons with this mediocre joke, while both Linehan and Moore had to basically completely eliminate the traditional drop-back for this bum.
Umm.. we get it you DON'T like Dak....okay lol? But hes far from garbage, maybe you wasnt a fan when we went through 7 plus qbs trying to replace the likes of Number 8 and number 9.....

What does one have to do with another? So we need to accept mediocre QB play because we might get a guy who what? Loses games for us - yea we have that now.

If we had even an average defense we are 4-0 right now.

Our offense is All World right now with Dak leading it.

But yeah..Dak is garbage.

That isn't quite how it works. Let's take the team who just beat us as an example. The Browns have a horrible defense as well. So are you saying Mayfield is really good because if the Browns had a better defense they would win more games?

Also why is it when the Browns (and other teams) score on us, it's because our Defense is horrible. But when we score on another team's Defense it's because our Offense is so great? Did you ever consider that maybe their defenses are also bad, and that our Offense (and Dak) isn't as great as you think? Spoiler alert: the Falcons and Browns both have BAD defenses.

Dude the point is when u see actual mediocre play when QBs cant move the ball down the field and actually put points on the board then you would see the truth. You guys act like hes out here playing like The Giants qb or Haskins or Darnold good God man. I hope Dalton plays so you all can complain about how we need a mobile guy to avoid the rush and give us a chance smdh

You didn't hear me out. I get it....you're gonna leap to a conclusion...one I never said....in order to mock and ridicule someone you think you disagree with. And you call ME the troll?

I never once said...EVER... to "get rid of Dak". I am not even sure I ever said "he ain;t worth _____". But there you go....probably hurt yourself with the leaping assumption.

There's more than one way to skin a cat...and I was replying to SPECIFICALLY to the comment about "ignoring Dak until we fix the defense".

That's a lot of egg on your face.
You make no sense whatsoever. Say what?

This thread is proof that you are garbage and so are the leaders of this forum for letting you post this crap.

Funny that we saw Dak before we got Amari Cooper and when Zeke was suspended - he looked at lot like Haskins and Darnold.

Okay this is the last time I'm saying this, he is an average QB - you don't pay average guy like an elite guy. Paying average like elite is how you ended up with Demarcus Lawrence and Jaylon Smith. You cannot pay elite money to an average guy and expect him to all of a sudden become elite.

@khiladi your trolling about Dak always works well. I’m shocked anyone still responds to these threads, much less turning them into 12 page clusterhecks.

If Dak is not the answer. What then Dalton? How many are willing to cheer as we chase the bottom in order to enter the draft sweepstakes for Lawrence or the next man. Have we all forgotten what 1-15 really felt like at the time we were the second team to ever accomplish that feat. Things are bad but surely no one is hoping for America's Team to become the dog of the league on a 1st round QB draft pick to get better.Cautionary tale is that rabbit hole is deeper than most fans can typically bear and usually regret for a few years after. I can't, so Dak is my guy barring injury or trade. Find peace in what is and hope for the best fanzone.
