The same way I feel about Dak putting the ball on the ground or throwing an interception.

Why do you ask? Is today random question day?
I was just curious. People like to put down Prescott . but praise Elliot for the same things.

Laugh off the truth. Lamar and Josh Allen are both better QB's than Dak Prescott. Both have better arms and are better runners. Dak may be more accurate than Jackson, but thats not saying much. But Ravens receivers are trash. Allen is light years ahead of Dak in passing ability and will likely get better as they build around him. The Bills were one offensive weapon away from truly competing for an AFC title last year.
Thank you for making my point that people who rank Dak that low don't know what they're talking about.

Just 0 clue what you're talking about.

Romo is far more skilled than Prescott.

Prescott plays to not screw things up for those around him.

Romo played to try and carry a team with all types of problems for most of his career.

Romo elevated guys.. Guys elevate Dak.
I could write a book. Romo carried the team LOL he had every possible opportunity ever. 8-8. Never elevate a bit much than that. Look I think Romo was a warrior but never trusted him. I believe in Prescott I believe the kid is a winner. It’s attitude it’s locker room presents. So much more than Romo had

I've been a member of this forum since 2006 and the members here seem to get stupider and stupider every year. Forget that they think Dak is subpar and not a top-tier QB.

They are morons!!

He is not great and nothing short of a playoff run or a stretch where he clearly carries or elevates the team will convince me otherwise. Aaron Rodgers great, Tom Brady great, Dak average.

can we shut up about Rodgers. if he was 1/10th as good as the media and people thought he was he wouldn't lose in the playoffs every year. Great players dominate. decent/good qbs win a fluke sb 12 years ago.

I’m not making excuses for Romo.

I’m discussing his ability / skill vs Dak.

Some bad QBs have won Superbowls.

dak got decent quicker but he was also a 4th not udfa they kinda peaked at the same level though. A sole playoff win and way more talked about than should be

because he is a media darling and won a fluke sb. Like I said if he was 1/10th as good as y'all thought he wouldn't get punked in the playoffs every year. He's nothing more than a good qb hes not elite hes not a goat hes not an all time player. How much evidence do you need.

Hey lets be honest here. If it wasnt for a rear naked choke hold on David Irving Dak would have won that game in 2016. Rodgers has also had the benefit of some very questionable officiating backing him up.

Now I am not saying a damn thing about his talent because he may be the best pure passer I have seen since Marino. But its tiring listening to the talking heads bloviate about him. He made a throw last season to the back of the end zone that was IMO a mistake and he was just getting rid of the ball but the WR wound up snagging it. All I heard about all week is how Rodgers meant to do that. lol.

Trent Dilfer. To name one. My issue is the book has not been written on Prescott yet got a long way to go

He's 5 years into his career. He'll never be some prolific passer.

He'll get better at things but it's clear what his strengths and weaknesses are.

He'll never have the throwing ability of a guy like Matthew Stafford for example because he just doesn't have the talent.

That doesn't mean we can't win with him or he can't have nice numbers.

Ridiculous statement.

Rodgers from a talent standpoint is probably the 2nd best QB ever.

He's got way more ability than Tom Brady as well.

Yeah his arm always bailed us out in key games. Remind me again. When did that happen?

OMG you didn’t just say that.

Talk about exposing yourself. He led the league in 4th quarter comebacks when he retired. He bailed us out in the Detroit playoff and put a perfect pass on Dez in the Divisional game against Green Bay. We don’t even have to go back the the dropped Craytin and Fazano TD’s against the Giants.

He bailed us out all the time because just like Dak the defense, especially our secondary sucked.

C’mon man you gotta be better than that.

And MORE cherry picking! Or you can look at big picture. I mean you’ll throw out your angry “but who cares what ESPN says” or change the narrative to “Dak was doing as well too.” Reality is Allen is ahead of him in many ways. This why your auto Top 5 or 7 is made up only on your head when Top 10 is still awesome.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/30656535/how-bills-qb-josh-allen-went-mediocrity-mvp-contender

But this year, Allen connected on 69.2% of his passes, the 25th-best single season in NFL history, on his way to setting a franchise record for passing yards. You know who has never had a season in which he completed at least 69.2% of his passes? Tom Brady. Neither has Peyton Manning. The only players ahead of Allen (81.7) in QBR this year? Aaron Rodgers (84.4) and Patrick Mahomes (82.9).

https://billswire.usatoday.com/2021/02/12/nfl-qb-index-buffalo-bills-josh-all-5th/

In total, 59 players fall on the rating scale, which starts with Packers MVP Aaron Rodgers and concludes with Ben DiNucci of the Cowboys.

But let’s be real, you’re only here for one guy: Josh Allen. In the latest results, Allen slotted in at a very promising No. 5 overall.

Aside from Rodgers at the top, the quarterbacks to finish ahead of the Bills quarterback were: Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson, respectively. While perhaps a case could be made that Allen deserves to move up a place or two considering he was second in MVP voting, we would just be splitting hairs at that point. This is some great company to be apart of in the top-five, plus, Allen is still ahead of some impressive player such as Russell Wilson (6) and Lamar Jackson (7).

Nothing you say can be taken seriously if you truly think Rodgers is a fluke. Even as a Cowboy fan his stats and yearly production is off the charts

I agree with you. But I aint giving Romo credit for the same things Dak has done when Dak doesnt get the credit. I am grading them on the same curve.
