Do i have to go back and find a post from you pimping either of these two over Dak? I am sure they exist lol
Do i have to go back and find a post from you pimping either of these two over Dak? I am sure they exist lol
My point was Dak was part of the offense. The failure of the offense in each of those games whether it was misfires, miscues, ineptitude etc. is on the offense which Dak is a large part of. I watched all those games if the offense could have gotten out of its own way they would not have been close or tied games. Yes the Defense can sholuder the blame for giving up points, but the Offense has to shoulder the blame of leaving points on the field in the 1st half.oh, the uninformed argument of stumbling out of the block.
game 1 against the rams....cowboys lead 14-13 at half time.
game 2 against atlanta..you are right, we started the game with 3 fumbles, one by Dak, one by Zeke, one by Schultz...but I guess all three are Dak's fault....given that's seemingly what you are insinuating.....
game 3 against Seattle. game is tied 9-9 after first quarter. we were down 23-15 at half. 30-22 at the end of 3rd quarter. got the lead in the 4th quarter. typical NFL game.
game 4 against cleveland. Dallas is leading 14-7 after first quarter. the defense was on the field 6 times and gave up 4 TDs and a field goal to cleveland. perhaps your complaint is why didn't we score every time they did.
you are obviously looking at this with a biased view, given the games above.....against Atlanta offense dug themselves a hole with three fumbles, one being a sack-fumble by Dak. but seemingly you fault Dak for the other two fumbles.
against Cleveland, we gave up 200 yards rushing in the first half alone..... let that sink in for a second. 200 yards is too much for a whole game. we gave up that much in a half. your complaint is that we didn't score everytime they did....and you blame the offense being completely blind to the incompetence of the defense.
tl;drAnd MORE cherry picking! Or you can look at big picture. I mean you’ll throw out your angry “but who cares what ESPN says” or change the narrative to “Dak was doing as well too.” Reality is Allen is ahead of him in many ways. This why your auto Top 5 or 7 is made up only on your head when Top 10 is still awesome.

But this year, Allen connected on 69.2% of his passes, the 25th-best single season in NFL history, on his way to setting a franchise record for passing yards. You know who has never had a season in which he completed at least 69.2% of his passes? Tom Brady. Neither has Peyton Manning. The only players ahead of Allen (81.7) in QBR this year? Aaron Rodgers (84.4) and Patrick Mahomes (82.9).

In total, 59 players fall on the rating scale, which starts with Packers MVP Aaron Rodgers and concludes with Ben DiNucci of the Cowboys.
But let’s be real, you’re only here for one guy: Josh Allen. In the latest results, Allen slotted in at a very promising No. 5 overall.
Aside from Rodgers at the top, the quarterbacks to finish ahead of the Bills quarterback were: Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson, respectively. While perhaps a case could be made that Allen deserves to move up a place or two considering he was second in MVP voting, we would just be splitting hairs at that point. This is some great company to be apart of in the top-five, plus, Allen is still ahead of some impressive player such as Russell Wilson (6) and Lamar Jackson (7).
I just don’t get these arguments. Is being a Top 10 guy bad? No. It means you’re pretty damn good. But people act like if you don’t just worship our QB or lose all objectivity about who is out there then you must want the team to lose. There is a happy medium of looking at all the facts.
That would depend almost solely on one thing Mr. Football, Turnovers. How many, and where? For all of 2019 and the first 4 games of 2020 the Dak led offense has AVERAGED 31.45 points per game. That's great if not outstanding. Stop and think before you bring up the record which you haters always do. If an offense is averaging 31.45 pts per game and you're not winning, which side of the ball is to blame?
Stop it with the hater agenda driven non-sense.
Dude you don’t understand.
It’s big boy conversation that you aren’t ready for clearly.
Learn what a pro style offense is and look at some other gimmicky college offenses and maybe that little brain will figure it out.
Cowboyroy can’t help you because he’s just as brain dead as you are.
If you want some quality football opinions you can shut your mouth and read what I post and if I want advice on becoming an absolute tool box I’ll come find you.
Ive been patient with you clowns but I’m done.
-Dalton will be better in our offense than Dak
-Kaaya and Beatheard will be better than Mahomes
The QB Guru SPEAKS!!!
Just look at how angry you get. "Brain dead" "clown" "tool" "shut your mouth"
If none of this was true, you wouldnt be getting upset. Yet all you do no is go around and throw out insults because you its all you can do.
Nobody told you to say dumb things on here. Every day you something ridiculous and get blasted for it.
Just a few weeks ago you were talking about how "the cowboys will never be able to build a defense with Dak's contract". Now you are going around advocating taking a TE with our first pick rather than taking defense.
Cant make this stuff up!
You’re dreaming. Come back to reality.
Nobody cares what you think. You care about what I think.
Nobody cares about your opinion. You care a lot about my opinion.
Im glad you dont value my opinion. That would mean I am so far off base that I shouldnt even be discussing football. I still believe whole heartedly that if we won a superbowl with Dak you would find a way to make it seem like he had nothing to do with it. Thats the difference.
Dak is clearly behind:
1. Brady
2. Mahomes
3. Rogers
4. Allen
He’s as good as any QB in the league after that group.
Thank you for making my point that people who rank Dak that low don't know what they're talking about.
Just 0 clue what you're talking about.
Believe it or not some of us just enjoy rooting for the players on our team and getting behind them instead of constantly hating on/being negative about every single thing that happens. What a novel concept. And this right here is the reason why we will never reach a SB. The Fans drink the kool-aid every single off-season. Every. Single. Offseason.
One good year from Allen doesnt put him in the league with those other 3. Allen is with Dak and all the rest. Personally, I take Dak over Allen.
This is the same guy that said that the offense would be better under Dalton and that Dalton would get similar results.
Dak=37 points per game
Dalton=21 points per game
About as far as his defense has allowed him to. Its amazing that fans refuse to accept this. Without Brady getting 3 picks from his defense in the NFCCG he doesnt go to the superbowl lol. But yet. HE LED THEMAllen made it to the AFC Championship game and Brady won the Super Bowl.......where has Dak led Dallas in his 5 seasons?????
That’s a valid point. A more accurate listing would be:
1. Brady
.
. large gap
.
2. Mahomes
3. Rogers
Then a lot of players who are very close in ability, possibly with Allen at the head of that group if he performs similar to last year.
