The last thing they want is Dak and the team to be playing good.
Why would anybody want this?

If they are a Cowboys fan why would they ever want the team to be bad? I like Dak, but I do not think he is an elite level QB that has shown enough when everything isn't exactly going his way and when games matter YET. That doesn't mean I don't want him to prove me wrong. I can only base my opinion on what he has shown so far. I don't have a crystal ball that can see the future, so until proven other wise my opinion remains the same.

I am not the type that has concrete opinions. When factual evidence is presented opposing my views on things my opinions can change. That has not happened yet with Dak. That doesn't mean that next season won't change my views though. I hope to hear a lot of "I told ya so" in the upcoming season, but until then it is what it is.

Dak led in 4th quarter comebacks for a long time since coming into the league. Beat GB in GB, beat Pittsburgh at Heinz field. Yeah you're right. Hes never performed when it mattered lol. The lengths some of you people go to is incredible.

As I said, that's my opinion and it's not concrete. I hope that I am forced to change that opinion before Dak's current deal is up.

He has had good games, nobody is denying that, but he has had a lot stinkers too. I need the amount of good games to be drastically more then the amount of stinker games to be completely sold on him being worth his contract. I still believe, as of now, he is much better suited as a game manager type. He is more Tannehill then his Mahomes and Rodgers.

Dak leading us to 1 Wild Card win in 5 years just don't get my engines roaring. I expect better, but that's just me. I hope he proves me wrong in the next few years.

Many people outside of Cowboy fans don't realize how bad our defensive cornerstone is, including our Front Office
A lot of Jaylons stats are as empty as can be.

Cowboys fans see through this because they watch the game. However, they can also totally ignore other empty stats for other players.

I think that Jaylon also just rubs people the wrong way with the way he celebrates everything he does, so it's easier to call him out on his empty numbers.

Romo won 2 playoff games in 14 years. And lost in 2 back to back win and your in games. If you want to talk about someone not showing up when it matters. Lets discuss Tony.

I've stopped trying to figure out why these so called "fans" root for bad and negativity.....which is why I've come to grips that a lot of people on this site are fans of rivals just trying to rile up members on this site.

Nah man. People here need to be right to validated. Take our friend for instance who said Dalton would be as good as Dak. And achieve the same results. He still stands by being "right" there. Which he wasnt but it is what it is. Then he proceeded to double down and say he knows more than anyone here about football lol. There are some fans of this team that would rather be right than see the team succeed. Thats the sad part.

It’s not so much as he is bad it’s his unwillingness to do the dirty things the position requires. He is a complete fraud.

One question:

Who was leading the league last year in passing before he got hurt? Brees? Rodgers? Mahomes?

Couldn't care less. QBs don't play in a vacuum. It's not the Dallas Prescott's or the Green Bay Rodgers. It's a team sport. Prescott couldn't hold any of those quarterbacks jock straps. He's not remotely close to them in talent. You're doing what people do that deny what they see with their eyes. Use statistics to alter reality.

We have two years with Dak. If we don't win anything with him in that time it's a failure.

It’s not the deal that would make Dak better it’s the fact that he actually has a much better head coach than he did previously. If you are comparing Dak to purchasing a Chevy Camero then that’s what the real dope is.

Do we really have a better coach? Does Jerry have a good track record in hiring good coaches? We have Jimmy and Bill. Parcells was a no brainer that came with a good track record. But that's it. The rest of the coaches were garbage. I wouldn't consider BigMac in Parcells category. BigMac might be a reach based on one year. Lets see what he does over the next two years.

This is the most silly argument people make when it comes to DAk...he's not close to them in talent....what the hell is talent? Because Jay Cutler was talent. Brandon Weeden could throw a pretty football...

The levels yous stoop to discredit Dak is not only moronic but embarrassing.

We have some fat ones on there.

The Zeke one is downright embarrassing.

I think DLaw is the worst of the contracts

Zeke did seem out of shape last year and I think he is one of those players that uses training camp /preseason to get into shape and with Covid didnt have that time. But I also think all the issues with the O-line hurt him a lot and Dak going down teams stacked the box even more. I expect a major bounce back year this coming season

DLaw has just been an absolute disappointment since signing that contract. I get he is still a good player and good against the run but he is not preforming to that contract.

I'm confused...you are arguing that Garrett is a better head coach than Mike McCarthy?

And if you are....who the hell hired Garrett for 10 years? Isn't it the same person you claim doesn't have a good track record of hiring good coaches lol?

I just don't know what to say....Garrett and McCartjy can't even be compared...in no form or fashion. And i'm not even the highest guy on McCarthy right now but man.....

When it comes to Lawrence I just say the same thing i've always said. If he's paid as a sack artist....then yeah he's overpaid and overpriced....but the mistake people made is thinking he was a sack artist.....
