OMG it's always "if Dak had this or if Dak had that" excuse. Dak has almost always had more talent around him than Allen but yet somehow it's not Dak's fault it's everyone else's fault. LOL

What kills me about you guys is that you guys will sit here and talk about how the Cowboys suck and how they've sucked for 25 years with Jerry.....but when its convenient for your argument you will not acknowledge those reasons for why Dak hasn't had more post season success.

You guys acknowledge that Jason Garrett wasted Romo's prime but won't acknowledge the same for Dak. Josh Allen has had superior coaching to what Dak had.

Never mind that all this "talent" that was overrated by the media was mostly out of the league a year or two later...Witten and Dez essentially retired....hell add Brice Butler and Terrance Williams to that as well. All of this great talent though...

Anyone saying Allen is better than Dak, or more clutch, needs to look at the way he completely self-destructed against the Texans in the playoffs.

Also, he led his team to the AFC championship is about the weakest argument possible. He was downright awful against the Ravens. I would win a playoff game when my defense gives up three points.
One of the dumbest plays i've seen from a quarterback.....

I thought Dak was overpaid, but at present, I'm not convinced Josh is better than Dak. I guess in the NFL you just gotta pay and pray when it comes to the QB position.
I mean that's just what it is.
You just gotta suck it up and pay. Or not. But the league has seen so many 1st overall QB's bust.....I think they are fearful and letting a guy go just to end up like a team like the Redksins who sit here with a stacked team but with Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback.

At the end of the day i feel you can still build a team around these guys..its going to require you to hit on free agency and draft well.

You have the Rams who haven't even had a 1st round pick SINCE Goff. That's just criminal and stupidity at its finest....but they will complain they can't pay anyone because of Goff's deal.
You have the Eagles who just screw up their draft picks left and right. Taking tight ends in the 2nd round when they already had Ertz....passing up on Justin Jefferson and DK Metcalf for inferior propects....

I don't think the sample size is big enough to say you can't win paying quarterbacks.

No joke. I watched that game, Allen was bad. Lamaar was simply worse. Lamaar's inability to pass consistently and to hit outside throws screamed to the forefront once again.

Yeah I like Lamar but his accuracy rears its ugly head at the absolute worse times....people talk about Dak's accuracy......get a whiff of his..

Willed his team to win? He threw a pass to a wide open Tight End and Crosby hit a a FG to win the game. (Albeit that was a heck of throw). Not to mention that David Irving was being strangled from behind in a rear naked choke. Rodgers didn't will anything. The NFL gave him another game on a silver platter. Much like the Dez Catch game. Come off of it with that nonsense. lol.
These excuses are embarrassing and you should be ashamed to publicly post stuff like this.

First 5 Games of 2020 Dak vs. Allen

Dak Prescott

151 of 222 68% Comp % 1,856 Yards 8.36 YPA 12.29 YPC 9 TD's 4 INT's 10 Sacks 18 Carries 93 Yards 3 TD's 3 Fumbles 3 Fumbles Lost 2-3 record

Josh Allen

131 of 189 69.3% Comp % 1,589 Yards 8.41 YPA 12.13 YPC 14 TD's 3 INT's 10 Sacks 30 Carries 101 Yards 3 TD's 3 Fumbles 3 Fumbles Lost 4-1 record
Allen was clearly playing better than "on pace for all time great" Dak.

More passing yards on more attempts for less TD's and more INT's and alower Comp %.......we agree.

That said if Allen had thrown 33 more times to equal Dak's pass attempts and figuring 23 additional completions based on Allen's Comp % then when multiplying the additional completions by his YPC average Allen would have had 278.99 additional yards passing, thereby Allen would have been at 1,868 yards passing after 5 games.....which would have been more than Dak's pace.
The fact that poster used "yards" over everything else shows he has a clear and blind agenda.

He used the one thing that Dak had over Allen through those 4 games to say Dak was better and left out everything else that Allen had over Dak. That's an agenda if I've ever seen one.
