In fact, he deserves most of the criticism, his accuracy was awful yesterday.

Based on what he's actually earning this season, he got paid $4,411,765 to lay that egg after getting that same amount not to play the previous week. But he got paid that amount to throw that winner to Lamb the week before and win in OT in NE.

My only issue with any of this is attaching the money just like I did, it has absolutely nothing to do with this, The deal is done and had to be done.

Now, do I think he's going to play that way this Sunday against ATL? No, I do not. I expect him to come out ready to begin to erase that game. Because he's a player that works at it.
If you are replying to my post, then reply to my comments. I did not attach Dak's money to any of this. So if you want say something like you have an issue with it then do so when replying to someone guilty of doing that, not me. What you just did by doing that tells me you are guilty of one of two things. Either when you reply to a member, you aren't really focused on addressing that member's post or you just like to step on everyone so you can hear yourself talk and be the center of the conversation. It's all about you, right?

Nobody here hates Dak.

Nobody here wants him to fail. If he fails we fail. Some of us just want to see winning football. However anytime we call Dak out, people come out of the woodwork to call us stupid or whatever. We are realists. I am going to judge my QB after a win AND after a loss. He got payed and part of the job is having fans saying what they think even if the team doesn't care.

If we win next week? I'll be all for dak. However yesterday? He **** the bed. I don't get why this is an argument
Dak played bad but some put all the blame on just Dak because it fits their agenda and you don’t hear from them when we win because of Dak
Criticizing his play yesterday is warranted just as it is with Cooper, Lamb, our run defense and more

He played a game I haven’t seen him play. He made throws that were dropped. But he always sees the field, maybe makes a mistake on reads. But he looked lost. He has played way to many games to say that’s the real him. I have seen him plays the giants where they rested the O-Line and Elliot. He played well. Not sure if Tyron being out had that much to do with it.

This team wasn’t ready to play. He attempted to put the team on his back and missed a few winners and had more than one dropped. But coaching looked like they didn’t prepare or prepare the team.

I want to watch this one again, but it seemed like Dak had a bad game, AND I don’t think his receivers did him any favors.

I have seen some blame it on the OL but on some plays he had a lot of time. I’m not sure if Dak wasn’t seeing the field or the receivers weren’t getting open. But there were a lot of drops yesterday, too.

It seemed like a bit of a perfect storm.

calimng relaists NO

talk about REAL facts, stats, and a realistic viewpoint OF THE ENTIRE game and ALL players..

its the other 90% of the doom and gloom the off the cliff talk ripping apart every aspect of player and coaches as if we are 2-6 , there are far too many emotional and opinionated post that have zero common sense or truths to them

of course there going to be blowback from fans with even a resemblance of common sense..

Dak played poorly, sure, so did 90% of the team in all phases and coaches..kind of ridiculous to pick 1-3 players and ay this is why and make outlandish statement's.
ef that i will try and shut that down with many replies saying how ridiculous it is..

No arguments with the OP. It's totally fair to call out Dak after a game like this. And I do my best not to argue with people and if I do, I make sure never to make it personal. Everybody is entitled to their opinions and it's not up to any of us to change each others' minds.

My only issue is this: if you're going to tear Dak to pieces after he plays like garbage, fine. Just make sure to give him credit for the wins when he plays well too. It seems some fans have less interest in the Cowboys' success and more interest in keeping an anti-Dak agenda alive in an attempt to get under the skin of those who defend him.

I wonder what other fan boards are like today. The Bills managed two field goals against a one win Jaguars team, the Raiders choked at the Giants, and the Rams couldn't beat a Derrick Henry-less Titans team at home that couldn't even top 200 yards offense. So should Josh Allen, Derek Carr, and Matthew Stafford tear up their contracts too?

show me my excuse. I clearly said Dak played bad yesterday.

but show me one post from you ever that says Dak played a good game and dak was great.

Why should we have to praise him? It is expected with the amount of money he is making. He making more this year than Brady in 3 years. He not a $40 million dollars QB, he more of a 23 million dollars QB. He is massively overpaid and can't win against average team without a running game. When Zeke struggle, Dak struggle, when Zeke does well, Dak does well.

Some people here have such low expectation. It like Zeke getting 3 to 5 measly yards and celebrating like he ran 40+ yards touchdown. It's your job, so just do it!

Has Dak done anything so crazy this year that warrant such praise?

That's not what he said. You are changing his sentence wording and structure around to defend him.

Once again, read over exactly what he said and how he said it, especially in bold:

"I just meant I see people mocking people calling out Dak. Almost like they are dak fans first. He played badly. The entire team did and he deserves the criticism at least this week."

Let's read it over again together.

"I just meant I see people mocking people calling out Dak. Almost like they are dak fans first." He's talking about you.

"He played badly." Do you deny that? Is this not true?

"The entire team did" Is that not criticism of the entire team?

"and he deserves the criticism at least this week."
Does he not deserve the criticism he is receiving?

ps. When I said "he is talking about you" I didn't mean he is talking about you and only you. My phrasing does not mean that he is not talking about others also. Much the same way saying "Dak deserves THE criticism he is receiving" doesn't mean that others don't deserve THE criticism they are receiving.

If you walk in to an ice cream parlor and state, "I like THE maple walnut", does that mean you don't like any of the dozens of other flavors?

Don't have the time. Finishing up by PhD and have tons of student papers to grade. This place is too much of a distraction for me.

I like it! Soon I will be able to address you as Dr. tyke1doe. What field are you studying in?

probably because he wasn't the only one who **** the bed. In fact id argue Micah Parson and maybe Malik turner were the only ones who didn't **** the bed. Now if you want to say because his contract he should never **** the bed then ok. You'd be wrong but at least its your opinion

Some of those people are Dak Haters that try and cover it up but get exposed and every time they post something negative about Dak they get hammered, that's what happens when you cry wolf, if the wolf is really there no one wants to hear it and then your toast.

You like your Cowboys and want them to reward our loyalties. We, as fans, all do also. Go Cowboys!

Have you read my posts? I do try to address the post I am quoting but my thought process is such that I chain think and just put it there.

I never said you said anything about his pay but that is connected in so many posts about him that it just came to mind. This thread is about Prescott. I wasn't aware that I was "stepping on everyone" as I think I show more respect for my fellow members than you ever have. I will do my best to avoid any response to your posts in the future, unless I have to.

I honestly believe no one hates Dak. I honestly dont. Who I really do hate are the same people who constantly criticized Romo and blamed him for all the failures are the pretty much the same people who are Dakazoids and Dak can do no wrong. Double standards. What has Dak accomplished and what how has he helped this organization win? So far nothing.
