Coaching isn’t what’s going to put us over the hump

How did Brady and Rodgers do when they didn't get perfect pass protection last weekend? Hmm?

How did Allen do last weekend as well?

Dak is plenty of good. You just don't like him. Another Dak hater. What's new around here? So many of you are absolutely clueless.
I like Dak but you are being disingenuous..Allen was a coin flip away and Brady a busted coverage away. Rodgers..meh don't care.

Me neither, but they SAY he’s stronger than Badass and wouldn’t get pushed around. Man, I miss Fredbeard.
I've been saying since the end of Preseason that Farniok is the answer at Center, but Philbin and the organization are hellbent on proving they made the right choice with Biadasz. Farniok is better than Biadasz in strength, athleticism, technique, etc.

Talent is our best hope overcoming our dysfunctional and toxic organization.

And the best talent at the key positions , top offense and defense .

The closer we are to having the most Elite QB, best offense and defense the closer we will be to returning to a Super Bowl.
They were close this year, but the toxic and dysfunctional fans didn't even realize it or enjoy the nice season that they had.

Such a cop out. Dak is good. But maybe not good enough to overcome our dysfunctional ownership.

Maybe nobody is. But wouldn’t it be interesting to see.

But I’d you’re not interesting in entertaining the thought and Dak is only QB you want then that’s a tall take sign to me as well.
Hey, Dak is not going anywhere. His contract is guaranteed with a "no trade" clause for the remaining three years of his 4 year contract he got last year. Entertaining the thought of trading for or bringing in another veteran QB to supplant Dak is not going to happen. So either keep complaining about something that can't be changed or think about what else to fix around him, starting with the Oline, better coaching, better playcalling, etc.

And Dak wasn't a play or two away from leading the Cowboys to a victory against the same 49ers who defeated Aaron Rodgers and the Packers and are now in the NFC Championship Game???

If he'd of done what the 2 loosing QB's you listed did they would have beat the 49ers...plus you are proving Greg's point, what about the winning QB's would the boys be better with Mahomes ,Stafford or Burrow.

Just spend the offseason getting reps—work on his snapping and his reads.

That’s too much critical thinking for homers. They’d rather have Dak than Mahomes.

Okay I'm all about adding talent just don't know how exactly you propose to do that other than the draft with our current cap situation.

That said we had more than enough talent on this team to be able to win a playoff game and our talent was pretty healthy compared to a lot of teams.

Our talent was not coached well, do you think Bill belichick would have lost that playoff game I don't think so The team would have been prepared.

Brady and Rogers are at the end of their careers and could fall off the cliff at any point you want the best quarterbacks how would you go about getting Mahomes or Allen. Not happening.

Let's deal in reality ,things that actually have a chance of happening. We could be coached better have less penalties be more disciplined and at least get the most out of the talent we have.

And why this discussion isn’t for you.

Reality is we don't have shot at Mahomes or Allen but I think most reasonable people would conclude that we would be better if we did. I propose use all available resources to build up the D and running game...don't know what it would take but I'd start there.

Of course . But do we have more talent than some of the teams playing this weekend or last? Especially in key areas. If we can’t protect our QB while pressuring theirs or can’t stop the run those are key areas of weakness that better teams can exploit.

I’m not sure everyone evaluates or compares what we have to the competition and perhaps why we continue coming up short to these better teams .
Ok I think some of what you say is weak area, has more to do with coaching and schemes than it does talent.

Part of it is jerry too, in the wc game jerry had his OL in the game , not necessarily the best guys in the right positions.
IMO Steele should be left or right tackle, lael at left guard, Smith on the bench lol as I think he is done.
But jerry wanted the big names, his guys all in there and it was pathetic.

There are other things you can do to help on pass protection which dallas doesnt do. Same thing on run blocking , the schemes are awful.
I dont like zeke, but I dont put all the blame on him, the schemes are awful.
