Dak has ruined this team

Cooper bailed Dak out, but he is not the only one. Dak has to have a lot of talent surrounding him to play well. Dak’s poor pocket awareness, his trouble reading defenses, his accuracy problems, etc, have always been issues for him. He has always had problems seeing WRs when they are open as well. The Rams had the formula for shutting Dak down since his rookie season. Other teams have figured him out and exposed his weaknesses. Considering the quality of the WRs that he was throwing to, the offense should be unstoppable. Dak will never be able to get far in the playoffs and much of that is due to defenses and opposing defensive coordinators knowing how to shut him down. He has had some good games against very bad teams that don’t have the talent needed to shut Dak down. At this point in his career, Dak has hit his ceiling and he will not be improving much. He is what he is and the only way that he will see a Super Bowl is buying tickets.
I’ve said this before, but at some point the QB has to be able to make a play on his own w/out having to rely on everything else being perfect whether it be w/ his arm or legs. We’re not seeing either from him in big moments.

The Rams had the formula huh?

Didn't play the Rams, except preseason and he tore them up, so not sure what you are referencing?

Also, your delusional deficiencies you list all just exist on this board by a dozen or so posters. You may be confusing that fiction with reality.

and yet never won, I'm sorry you believing in him winning and the reality are different. When he posted his best season with Murray he had a chance and lost that is fact. Pretending if he would have played we would have won is nothing wishful thinking. You present no fact just your own believe
Didn’t get his chance in 2016.And previously vs.GB was cruising until monster Murray fumble. But, in the biggest moment made the perfect throw to Dez.Refs screwed us.When’s the last time Dak made the perfect throw in a big situation.Let me help you out…..Never.Dak crumbles in big moments.Doesn’t have the physical or mental makeup for those situations.

I don't blame Dak for the troubles that beset this team. Dak is simply the sad recipient of an inept front office that has led him astray. :omg:

yeah ref screw us, Dak in 2016 vs GB threw for 302 3 TD and 1 pick. His play did not kill Dallas. Dak crumbles in big moment? OT vs Pat in NE he pull out the win. So again

In a big time game.I could’ve made that throw to Ceedee. The only time he’ll throw downfield is if they’re open by 15 yds like Ceedee was. There isn’t a QB in the NFL who who wouldn’t have made that throw to CeeDee.How was he after that game?Let me guess, it was everybody else’s fault and not precious Dak.I’ll tell you how he was…..awful!! Inaccurate, bad decisions, and not seeing open receivers the rest of the year.Obviously, not all his fault vs. Niners, but still had a chance in a big situation and crumbled like usual.

and same could be said for Romo, how many times did he throw the int that killed our chances? There was always an excuse for Romo some legit some not so much.

In some season he did. He played in Dallas as a started 10 season, with in that time frame Dallas also had a Demarcus Ware. This in complete none sense, Romo had teams with talent including the league leader in rushing with Murry, he had TO and a host of other talent. I loved having Romo but this crap of playing excuse game for Romo now while ganging up on Dak is pathetic.
no one said Romo was elite. but at least he pulled off some games out of nothing. but he was not elite nor set the record on salary etc. so don't start that crap excuse

He did also, but sure didn’t vs. GB where he made the perfect throw to Dez only to get screwed by the refs. That’s not on Romo.Romo seemed to be a late bloomer and I’m hoping Dak is too.

So the 19.7 mill cap hit for a top 10 QB is hurting this teams ability to field players....Hmm says alot about the teams paying way more and still signing players..right?
there are way too many bad contracts besides dak. and dak is better value than the bum zeke . but the argument here is that Dak is not elite or a difference maker like the elite QBs who earned such money : all have a super bowl ring except Deshaun , who is way better than dak anyway. The elite list includes Rodgers. Watson , and Mahomes and now Deshaun . Dak has no body of work to show for that contract .

I don't make excuses. I never said Romo nor Dak were elite QB's. I think both were good QB that a team could win with. Dak set no record for salary even when he signed it Mahomes set the bench market and Watson who was paid 39 mill a season, Dak currently is the 5th highest paid QB and is likely to fall further. The market is what it is, had Dallas signed him when they 1st had the chance then his salary would have been around 30 to 35 mill. They waited and the market value increased. Personally I think it is too much but then again I think all QB are paid too much.

I have nothing against Romo, I was a fan when people here were berating him as they now do with Dak.

I’d throw MS in there too.Biggest plays in the biggest moments.Something Dak hasn’t done in 1 big game.MS did it in 3 straight games including SB.

agree a. The main point here is that we are stuck with an average ( 13-15 th ranked ) QB for 5-6 years, who is overpaid without SB or CCG showing , and some other bums on the cap

What the hell were you watching? Romo singlehandedly threw games away. And I'm not exaggerating or being cliché, there's a list.

This place.....

I root hard for Dak because he’s the QB of my team.I want him to do well, but I just don’t think he has what it takes. At some point you have to prove it on the field.
