well, there are 15 QBs who are making 30M and above. there are 10 that are making 40M and above. with Burrows, Herbert, Lawrence, Tua coming up in the next year or two, we probably get close to 20 QBs making 30M and above.

its the market. it is what it is. salary cap goes up. salaries go up. QB salaries go up.

so tell me if in your mind 15 QBs are producing at 30M level and up?

you need to come to grips with realities of NFL QB salaries. doesn't sound like you have.
No, that is looking for an excuse...those aren't needed to capture a true picture of a team's value.

Dallas is a very good team right now and Dak Prescott deserves his present pie.

I don't need to play with facts...unless one is just swinging for an argument. If so, then just go ahead and start...

Where do you keep getting this Oline improved thing? The Oline is brittle and ready to crumble with no quality backups to speak of.

We lost a starter and replaced him with a backup.
When Steele is right he will be good to go. And is ahead of schedule. Walenski is going to be good. Not sure how good. Tyron is a toss up. He will be injured at some point. We drafted a few that look good. I think Ball is gone. We have players that will solidify it. We missed on players like Ball that didn’t take that next step. But will hit on others. Tyler is a beast. Wait till training camp and take a look at them. They will be sharpened by a very good D-Line.

We got beat last year on the analytics front. That's why our old guy got fired and we brought in a new analytics staff.

We were as predictable in our first game as we were in San Fran.

McCarthy needs to self-scout our analytics output and adjust to what teams see to make us less predictable.
Yeah this. And quit calling the same plays in the same downs.

Those are facts. The game was tied 9-9 at halftime. Those two picks had already happened.

This was basically 0-0 with one half of football to play. Facts are stubborn things.
The game was tied at the half BECAUSE of the turnovers.

The first gave SF 3 points.
The second denied Dallas a chance at a FG attempt or a TD. After the turnover the momentum swung and SF was able to add 3 points.

The score at the half should have been Dallas 16 or 12, SF 3. That is a major change in the game instead of a 9 to 9 tie at the half.

Dallas would have won the game had it been turnover free. You can cite everything under the sun for the loss, but the turnovers were the difference.

You do realize this is a team game and those players that were on the 70s through 90s teams that went to the Super bowls and won Super Bowls they had better teams around them you know why we know this because both Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach both did not have a great touchdown interception ratio in the playoffs meaning they had somewhere around 25 touchdowns and 19 interceptions in playoff games must be throwing a lot of boneheaded passes because you can't have that kind of touchdown interception ratio and say that you were careful with the football in crunch time that goes for their records in the regular season but I just wanted to make sure you understood that Roger Staubach and aikman threw a lot of interceptions in their careers they made a lot of mistakes and I'm sure some bad throws... The biggest difference is they were on teams much like Matthew Stafford could have 20 turnovers in a season and two in the Super bowl and somehow his team walked out with a Lombardi despite his issues you know why because most quarterbacks aren't perfect they make mistakes they fumble the football like jalen hurts or they have some games in the playoffs like Joe Burrows just his last game two interceptions go look at Josh Allen leads the league and turnover since he was drafted it literally happens to be that the best teams can seem to overcome mistakes by other players they're not asking people to be perfect this team is not ready for the 49ers. That's not on prescott alone yes he made some mistakes but not the other five games he was in the playoffs he was nowhere near the top five and the issues we had in those games last year he throws two now the whole narrative is he's not good under pressure..

Wrong his teams were NOT ready not good under pressure. If you wanna call that Gallup interception boneheaded you might want to go back and rewatch the play because Prescott on the snap thought gallop should run the comeback towards the sideline and let the ball go and gallop let himself be pushed off the play undercut by the defender and never made any effort to go back to get the ball.. And then we saw other players make mistakes all game as well I mean if you're gonna excuse Dalton Schultz for the two mental mistakes on that three minute drive and the fact that we had no run game and no offensive line I mean that might be part of it you guys might wanna ignore that and kick it under the carpet but I'm not kicking it under the turf.. Did he play his best no but neither did the team around him on offense and really if Trayvon diggs makes a few more plays if this defense ever wants to be a true championship defense that gets a name a moniker so to speak they're gonna need to make those plays when they are opportunities being handed them.. That's the difference between our other championship teams in the last 27 years the teams are not showing up together to play against the best caliber teams and they're losing by slim margins but they're losing nonetheless as a team...
:thumbup::starspin: Thank you. Target, cease fire!

no, fans like you put asterisk because they have an agenda. a playoff win is a playoff win. if that's the case, anyone can come up with a category of their own and put astrisks everywhere.
I’ll take “things Dak apologists fans predictably say” for $500, Alex

straight up, the Bucs were a God awful team and I have no delusion about that.

The Dak friendly system involves a killer RPO game. Dak can't run like he used to and a back like the young Zeke is not playing RB. This will be Mike's toughest coaching year of his career.
McCarthy? He's ready and so will his team be ready.

That was a really long post.. Lol. But good stuff. If you look at some of my replies on here you will see I have been saying it’s a team game. Look at the packers game last year. Our Defense blew at later game 17 point lead. Some tries to blame Dak and the Offense for not keeping up the scoring.

Our 90’s team was so awesome across the table that we could tell the other team we are running a dive right play. Hand off to Emmitt and he still gets between 7-60 yards on the play. It’s a team game that’s built from the trenches. We need dominate trenches. Our Defense finally gets a DT. If we hit on one we will be stopping the run and making our secondary look better by getting to the qb also.

How are you feeling about our O-Line this year. I am not a huge college football watcher so hard for me to know what we have for new O-Line players this year. Tyron is coming back but for gown long. I heard Walenski took a step up. We have Biadaz and Martin and Tyler. Steele is ahead of schedule.

Actually, it was 2nd & 2. Terrible play call.

Lmao. That right. Even worse. We could have ran twice and picked it up. This is where Dak needs to read the play and say what the heck is Moore thinking, We needed the score. What I was seeing was that little dump off over the line type play was there all day. Sucks that Pollard was hurt on that type of play but Malik could have ran it or Elliot after Pollards injury.

you are in a lose lose situation. Cowboys win a playoff win, you can't enjoy it. you stress out because have to come with a bag of gold stars to put asterisks everywhere, because you want to Bash Dak.
how misreable you have to be. you are a Bash Dak over Dallas cult member

Over 2/3rds the imported oil comes through Galveston and Corpus Christi. Corpus is working on a deep water port capability...as well as blue, green, and grey gas capabilities.

Yes , when I learned how to use text to talk on my PC it made my post even longer LOL real fast though it really doesn't take that long to talk into the computer and reply...

I think people do forget and I agree with you there are so many plays in the games just since 2016 with Prescott at quarterback that have just ruined the playoffs and it wasn't him there are a lot of factors that go into a game we watch them blaming him for the 14 penalty game or when the defense played bad and really the last three games in the playoffs there was the offensive line just wasn't good enough there were no holes they didn't black well enough the pocket was dirty that right there messes up an entire offense. Sure Prescott had his worst playoff game I believe against the 49ers this year but that doesn't mean you have good reason for it people are gonna get flustered back there a little bit when nothing is working and nobody's helping I mean outside of CD lamb there wasn't a whole lot of people doing much on offense....
