Damn. Schoonmaker is beyond bust bad right now. He was a reach in the 2nd— but he at least looked like he could play a little bit.

He looks utterly lost right now. Hopefully this is just the result of him not having a training camp
Yes, an absolute reach!

There's still hope for Schoon, but imagine if Dallas had taken a top tier RB or perhaps OL in that draft slot. This team would be a whole lot better.

Exactly. We reached for a position of need bc we sat back and let the draft fall to us. There is no way Schoon was the next highest rated player on the draft board.

Well, he is a rookie and had a score pretty much equal to Ferguson Who has experience and two years of training camp.

Some of those OL grades seem generous. Nate Newton was very disappointed with their play.

Sam Williams is starting to seem like a head case. I expected to see him be further along this year. It’s still too early in the season to say he’s not developing fast enough. But with his dumb stuff off the field it does make you wonder how much he has grown and improved.

The 2023 draft is looking terrible. Wonder if it’ll be thought along with the “special teams” draft.

Sam Williams has been a major disappointment for me.

I really thought he was going to explode this season as he looked so good at times last year.

Random observation on the run game: When everyone does what they are supposed to do and the play still doesn't work . . . sounds like a bad play call.

To some extent, PFF is throwing shade at McCarthy here.
